I ordered the large teriyaki chicken with extra teriyaki sauce, grilled onions but received the sandwich with no cheese, no teriyaki sauce o onions. Just dry chicken and bread. Not worth the $15 I cost. I will not be back as this has happened numerous times to some degree. Worse Penn Station location period. Dirty and rude

We love it here. Please keep the coupons coming though bc you are not cheap and affordable.

Okay, first thing....Buy their Fries!! The best fries hands down. I don't eat fries, but I make an exception for theirs. Food preparation is a little slow because they make it for you with care.

My orders are always right and hot to eat. No complaints with this location. I usually come in the morning when I do come. And convenient by my business.

Worth the extra drive & money

We were in the area and we stopped in. The dining area was spotless! The workers were so friendly and even helped recommend a new sub to try! The food was absolutely delicious! I have a Penn station closer to my house but I can see myself driving a bit out of the way for the experience of this St. Charles Rock Road location! Not to mention the music selection was also great!

Always pleased with my delivery orders from this store. They pay attention to details! Love the various subs, never had a bad experience here. Cookies are great!

It was too expensive for a sandwich. Fries are $4.00.

The night shift crew, real respectable. Excellent service plus I would rather go there in the evening. Good taste better than in the day time

I ordered carry out. I've eaten at other penn stations. There was only one employee working at lunch time . My food was disgusting. It was clear the grill hadn't been cleaned because I thought they used a spicy mayo, based on color. Discovered it was off color and filled with black specks from the grill. This location desperately needs employees. One person can't be expected to handle an entire restaurant. Only two people dining, as well. Completely abnormal. The poor woman working was incredibly nice and very friendly.

And they are not too friendly at this location. The man that took my order was very unfriendly. He strached his nose and him if you making my food, Can you please wash you hands? He did but still how gross was that?

This use to be my go to location for Penn Station.
Won’t be back after the older lady that works there decides it’s a great idea to give me my food that they had accidentally gave to another customer that had already left the store and brought the food back. The health department needs to put a microscope up in there cause if she will pull that in my face, she’s definitely done questionable stuff while no one is watching.
I asked for my money back and left.
