The food is always amazing. The staff is always friendly. The tables are always dirty. Two out of three aint bad.

Love how this Penn station here on the rock road closes at 10 o'clock and is telling people they are closing at the inside at 9 that way, they don't have to clean up anything extrathey're probably rude. When the guys were working , when the girls were working , everything was great , but guys were working trash

Great customer service and clean store Amariana was great in taking my order and helps me pick something different. Bernard always does great with keeping the store together. I'm happy with the great job and I'm passing up a store in Florissant to come to your store so that says a lot thank you.

Clean lobby Bernard is amazing on the grill but it was hot really hot and they said the ac was out at the time and then than that great place to go get fresh hot food

I visited Penn Station a couple of days ago and placed a custom order. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues during my visit. It was around 9:30 PM, and the store was scheduled to close at 10:30 PM. However, the staff seemed unwilling to assist customers at that time and told them were closing, despite it being an hour before closing time.

When I requested more ranch, I was ignored multiple times and had to ask three times before receiving a response. Additionally, the ranch I was eventually given tasted old. I ended up feeling unwell the next day and even became sick.

I’m bringing this to your attention not to complain, but in the hopes that it can help improve customer service and food quality moving forward. Thank you for your time.

Ok ok I do understand that stuff has gone up but Penn Station is not gourmet food or special smoked meats it is a glorified subway,. I don't understand where the justify charging 20 dlls ror a sub and small fries. 20 dll will buy me a stake at Texas roadhouse or buffet. Bar at golden corral or a meal and drink at a Mexican restaurant. I'm sorry penn station you won't be seen any more of my money...

I ordered the large teriyaki chicken with extra teriyaki sauce, grilled onions but received the sandwich with no cheese, no teriyaki sauce o onions. Just dry chicken and bread. Not worth the $15 I cost. I will not be back as this has happened numerous times to some degree. Worse Penn Station location period. Dirty and rude

We love it here. Please keep the coupons coming though bc you are not cheap and affordable.

Okay, first thing....Buy their Fries!! The best fries hands down. I don't eat fries, but I make an exception for theirs. Food preparation is a little slow because they make it for you with care.

My orders are always right and hot to eat. No complaints with this location. I usually come in the morning when I do come. And convenient by my business.
