Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This canes does not put paper it in the Styrofoam box so when they put the chicken in the box it melts holes in the box. I don't think melted Styrofoam is healthy to eat.

Clearly gave me the wrong order in the drive threw. Laughed at me and my small son. Made fun of me and cracked jokes with their coworkers while acting like they couldn't hear me. It was very disheartening to not see anybody take their job halfway serious or act like I existed.

I used to love coming here. Now I don't understand how they were ever in business to begin with that kind customer service.

I ordered chicken strips, then ask for sauce when they call your name and they tell me .44 cents. I've gone to Cane's for years, as has my family. Never had to pay .44 for sauce. Canes just lost my and my families business.

Food was good. Cashier took order of person in front of me and then walked away to chat with coworker like I wasn't even standing there. Tables were dirty and no paper towels in bathroom.

I went through the drive thru at approximately 11:42 pm, 01/24/2025. The young lady taking the orders was extremely rude. I was shocked because this location usually has the best customer service. Needless to say I canceled my order. 😢

The guy at drive through makes this the best Cane's. He is always friendly and extremely nice. Everyone knows and loves him.
The order is always right haven't had to go back for anything missing

The chicken strips were tiny. Fries were not hot. They were really busy, so the food should have been hot

Major bait and switch they advertise their chicken tenders being about 4 to 5 in they're serving chicken nuggets they're maybe one and a half 2 in that's not what you guys are advertising That's bait and switch. Won't be back. Recommend everyone to avoid raising cains nothing here is worth 12 dollars. Bye forever!

Caniac combo always my go to. You get six chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and two Cain sauces. Delicious!!!

They make chicken tenders. They make good chicken tenders.
