Food is ok not the best. Service is poor, especially the AI orders and any online orders. Atmosphere, I have to say is not great for this location only has outdoor eating. All Drive-through ordering/ pickups.

Loaded fry could use more cheese. I received practically no mayo on the chicken sandwich, despite requesting mayo. Was not even enough mayo on it to taste any mayo at all. Two tiny dribbles that were not even the size of a pencils eraser.

They need to get themselves together, managers and employees drinking on the job, saw and smelled the smoke of managers and employees smoking weed in the parking lot then they went back through the back door to make orders. But what bothers me the most, one of the young girls didn't even look old enough to buy cigarettes was being talked to and joked with sexually by the black manager with dread locks. That is not only unprofessional, but very disturbing, sexual joking and innuendos is sexual harassment in a place of work. I personally witnessed an employee on one night and a manager another night drink an airplane shot and throw the bottle across the parking lot. I know it was alcohol because littering is just plain disrespectful, I drive around and picked up 2 little airplane bottles one was American honey the other was Amsterdam. This is appalling and sets a bad example and standard for the workplace. The district manager needs to know and I will be calling to reach out about this. No wonder my burger wasn't made right the managers and employees are allowed to drink and use mind altering substances while working so they were to high or drunk to make my order correctly.

Drive thru only open at 11 pm. Weird automated voice at outside microphone. (Siri?) Never been, but was descent. No sweet n low for unsweet tea, strange. Service was good, pretty quick. We would try again.

I am very angry with this Rally's location. I ordered a Doordash order for our 12 pm Friday work luncheon on Monday morning. Today at 11:10 am just 50 minutes before our Friday work luncheon was supposed to begin, they cancelled my order. That is unacceptable.
