New employees did not add coupons to the order at the window when the AI did not apply it when ordering over the speaker. The manager was nice but still didn't or was not able to make the correction after the fact of the purchase was completed. Coupons are you gather people to come to the restaurant, but this will definitely be a deal breaker if not fixed at your site.

Clean restaurant. Inside and out. The food was spot on. Frys was perfect. I got 2 burgers and they was great. The staff was friendly and kind. Restroom was clean.
Miss Rebrada was the manager. She's friendly and all in on the job. It's really hard for me to have a good experience at a fast food place these days. Today it made me feel happy to eat somewhere that goes the extra mile.

This is my favorite place Rally's they always have my food ready especially when they see me coming 😂 I'm always getting the double Bacon Cheese burger with large fries and a large strawberry milk shake with 2 apple pies on the side 😋 I guess I'm greedy!!!! 😁 Next time I'm find out if they take EBT card 😂😂😂
