So I have a Starbucks gift card and a couple days ago I checked my balanced and it was $66 something and I went to get my drink and my drink was $6 something and last night when I gave the guy my card the guy beep my card and then about to hand it to me and then act like it didn't work and beep it again. I gave him the benefit of a doubt and assume the first beep didn't work so I didn't make a big deal but this morning I thought about the situation and decided to check my balance again. It was $53.55 and it was supposed to be $59 something not $53.55. He charged me twice

They always get my order right! The staff pretty much always are smiling and friendly- even when they are super busy. I've been inside for mobile orders and through the drive thru.
Parking: Somewhat difficult to find a spot during peak hours. There is only one enterance/exit and one way traffic. You have to go around the drive thru line to get back out.
I stopped by this morning. My Venti Quad Flat White was perfect and chocolate chip cookie! The young lady at the window was nice and quick. Job well done!

I see why I stopped coming to this location. The café is always dirty- the tables are sticky, and there’s trash on them. The staff never greets me, only their friends or those who are YT. Even though I’m not new here. The drinks are okay, but the staff is rude and acts like you're bothering them when you order. When they do have downtime, instead of cleaning or connecting with customers, I catch them dancing to HOT TO GO by Chappell Roan. Dirty place, weak management, and apathetic staff—yeah just like St. Ann police, St. Ann Starbucks is a no for me.

Okay, another location, same business... this time, I resisted the addictive drinks, but in place of an energy drink. Thanks to the young man, who bought me this drink and a turkey sandwich while having lunch with his family on Aug 1, 2024 I've since refilled it and almost forgot to acknowledge the blessing-which I do out of appreciation. And yes, the Purple Lady was with me. She gets me a lot of attention. EmperorOne, thanks you.
