I purchased a banana walnut loaf in the package this morning. As I opened it and started breaking off a piece. It crumbled! I did not put in my mouth;fearing to get sick. I looked at the date on the package and it say 30 Aug 25!! WTH! I call the store and the manager says that is the packaging date. I let her know it must be stale;because it crumbled and was not moist. She was not accommodating at all! I let her know I will contact the health department;it's unacceptable!

This Starbucks Always messes up my order every time I go here my order is incorrect. I tell them that I want my beverage extra hot.. It’s lukewarm.. I say my order slow .. It’s still wrong.. And please don’t let them be busy.. Forget about receiving the correct delicious beverage that you ordered.

This Starbucks parking lot is actually built in a way in which it does not have an exit. Drive thru cars block the only way out, which is to travel around the building. This business should be fined or demolished until it is functional

Pretty disappointed and upset. I am a frequent visitor to this location and received my drink this morning in a stained cup (no biggie). However, I am under the impression now that the cup may have been reused because my lid came off and my hot drink spilled on me.
Called the store and just requested that they taken precautions and check the lids and the young lady didn’t apologize or seem concerned. Now I have to clean my car due the mess and deal with irritated skin.

Honestly, this was my worst Starbucks customer service experience in so long. I can't even remember. It was later in the afternoon. And there was literally three of them just standing in the restaurant behind the counter. Not making any coffee not helping any customers. One of them turned to us and said we'll be right with you. 5 minutes later another one comes out of the back room and she finally rings up our order. Then to make matters worse she got my order right but my friends order completely raw. This place really needs some management. Especially in the afternoon

$100 Starbucks visit……

I went through the drive thru- ordered a tea latte and pup cup. The girl working the drive thru window took my debit card inside with her. I realized she still had it so I parked and went inside. She gave it back to me. Several days later, there were unauthorized charges, starting with loading a Starbucks card (you know, to try it out). She then proceeded to steal money two more times, and attempted a third. Luckily by that time I caught on and the bank canceled my card. I went inside the Starbucks to speak with a manager at this point. She looked at me and she did not speak much or really give me anything but a receipt copy. She did not reassure me that the issue would be taken care of or even investigated. As far as I’m concerned, Starbucks owes me some money. I’ve not been back since. This was a month or two ago. I was never followed up with. I opened a corporate complaint case with no updates. Unfortunately I won’t be able to go back to Starbucks, even for a pup cup. For all I know, that girl is still working there and could take a photo of my new debit card. Starbucks why have you gone so far down hill! If the girl is still working there, she can be identified by her frequenting wingstop and IMOs on natural bridge road and Riverview.
