I am a vegetarian I was sad to find out that they changed their vegetable oil 2 Tallow beef tallow I will not be eating them again
No people, just.kiosks
Used the drive up the building needs some work the server, cashier was very nice .
I thought they brought this place back to life. I was wrong.
Food is always good!
Would love to leave zero stars but there is no option. We drove miles out of a way to get here on the way home from a weeklong event and had to drive the parking lot twice before you found a spot. Went inside and there were zero people working at the front counter, and you had to try to order through a kiosk. Like corporate dictatorship, they are pushing you to use your credit card bad and shunned on cash purchase. Tried for several minutes to use the kiosk unsuccessfully. No person anywhere around to advise with help. The couple beside us finally got to the completion of their order on the Kiosk and I heard the lady say 32 minutes to wait for two hamburgers, we are leaving!!
My buddy and I jumped in the car and left the parking lot as quick as possible and will never return to this location......ever.
Mix up due to online ordering thru app( FROZEN
Nothing is more frustrating than driving 10 minutes out of your way; passing many places that were open ; bcuz you want Steak and Shake! So you get there 40 minutes before they close; you see people inline , you wait your turn patiently. And then even though it's still only 11:30 they tell you it's closed, and you asked why I thought I closed it midnight and you say it's closed and it's the only response you get
Served me old fries. Then redropped old fries and served them to me!! Do not go to this location! Terrible
Nice staff

I usually have a good experience here, but I would recommend ordering when you get there and not online. Their online ordering system isn't very streamlined and they don't seem to know when you get there to pick up your food, so I waited 20 minutes to get cold food. There are no pickup instructions when ordering online either so I don't know if I could have gone through the drive thru and maybe that would have been better.

Besides having to order at a kiosk, everything was good.

So, I have had a vast amount of different experiences at this steak and shake. I’m gonna give it to you real, this is a subpar establishment. It happens to be the only alive steak and shake in the area, and that is a blight because it’s on its way out. The price varies greatly from day to day, genuinely my friend and I can’t figure out why but it seems to be a completely different total everytime we order the same items! How does this happen Steak and Shake? This is disappointing. You know what’s more disappointing? My friend went out on a whim today, and ordered something that he does not usually order, a birthday cake shake. Sounds refreshing right? Well it would be, if they added their promised birthday cake into the shakes.. is that not the whole appeal? My friend got two measly (and I mean measly) flat and small chunks. I mean really? Are you that in debt that you can’t afford a scoop of birthday cake? Jesus guys, step it up.
For a place that markets on their shakes, they do a very bad job at making them, not only are the portion sizes abysmal (only one size option; smaller than my will to return, and livelihood after receiving my birthday cake-less shake) but they are never mixed to completion. If they are? There’s much too little appeal when they’re done.
Guys, don’t waste your money here when you can purchase ice cream, milk and cake mix for a fraction of the price.
