Horrible customer service experience. The employee did not greet me just asked if i had a pickup order , handed me some sandwiches without even asking me if the name was correct. Luckily it was . I waited because i wanted to grab some chips and cookies that i didnt include in my order and when someone came out of the back to help she clearly had an attitude. Again didnt speak , slammed the cookies down on the counter and was visibly annoyed. To make matters worse my food was supposed to be toasted and it was not. Will not be returning .

Came in to get a cold cut combo got my sandwich to go and sat down I was waiting on my lift to come and the lady comes and mops by where I was sitting she then ask what I was waiting on I said my ride and ask was there a problem with me waiting she said she had a problem with understanding me she walk away and started to talk to the other worker she came back and ask again what I was waiting on I just got up and left never going back again

Rude the young man there was rude. I waited online for a while, there was a young lady working. Til her came from the back. He accidentally put pepper on my sandwich and all I said was I didn’t ask
For that. He had an attitude walked away w/o giving me my receipts Foreigners should establish businesses in foreign countries. No I will never return and I don’t recommend.

Well, this place is definitely run by a cheapskate! Look at the list of things supposed to be on the sandwich and look at how it has more meat than toppings. Thankfully, the meat portions are measured, or that would have been skeet as well. Asked for more sauce on the side, they said no, but I was able to get them to finally fill the cup. They only filled the cups not quite halfway.

Went to the subway. Got here at 8:35. Door was open. Sign says open on all lit up. The employee said that they were closed for the night. Now if it says they're going to be open till 9:00 which is the hours of this business. If you are closed that door should have been locked and the sign should have been turned off. That's very poor customer service

Tried to order my meal, and use a coupon today Sunday oct, 27 for brunch. Was told they don't take coupons. So i asked when did you stop taking corporate printed coupons. I was told they never did. I really hate being lied to, i've been eating there for the last 15 years and they have always taken coupons. Now if they stopped then tell me you've stopped, don't lie to me saying you've this store has never taken coupons. I'm very disappointed in this service i received and probably will not ever eat at the st.ann location again.

Placed an online order but we sat to eat. The lady must have been thinking it’s a pickup order they won’t notice until they get home.

My sandwich was missing oil & vinegar

My husband’s sandwich was not on the correct bread and did not seem to have cheese on it.

He went back up there and she said she didn’t have Italian herbs and cheese ready when she made his order (this was not communicated when we got our bag) she did add more cheese and re-toast it for him.

He asked her for a side of oil and vinegar 3 times and she never gave it to him. Very dissatisfied we actually come farther out to go to this location but there are usually gentlemen working not sure what’s going on now. She was even visibly frustrated with the man next in line.

Four thinly sliced pieces of meat on a 12-inch sub for over $10 is criminal. Go to Jersey Mike's and get some bang for your buck.
