Wow what a find authentic homemade chicken mole with a complex sauce with many layers of flavor, often including a blend of chiles, spices, nuts, seeds, and chocolate. They also have good carnitas are made from pork, slow-cooked until it's tender and juicy, then fried or roasted for crispy edges. The beans and rice are some of the best in the area. I was very very impressed.

We cannot compare the food we grow with, but rather know if what we try is flavorful, the quantities are reasonable for the price you pay and the atmosphere is ideal. Taqueria el chilango took that away. I do not recommend it for large groups since the place is more welcoming. Groups of 4 or less would be ideal. The tacos and guacamole are very delicious.
