The classic salad that was wonderful sucked! I had to ask for dressing, pepper and parm to make it taste somewhat good. They skipped the provel all together. The pasta con broccoli didn't have any florets, all stems. Sad when you spend all that money for crap! Save your money and eat out of the kiosk.

I ordered this for a catering event. I ordered mostaccioli, salad, and bread to feed 12-18 people. I didn't realize the pasta did not have meat in it. I was disappointed about that. I wouldn't have ever ordered pasta without meat. The flavor was really good, the salad was good. I ordered Togo, so I'm not sure about ambiance. It's family style.

Was looking forward to my salads and after paying $24, it was filled with the core and rotten lettuce. Never again!

Good service, food is bad even for airport standards. I can’t compare to other Pasta House’s because I haven’t been in years.

We went to have dinner with our family prior to boarding our flight and they were going to be closing early for some maintenance, but we had time to order and eat before they closed. Our server Payton attempted to be attentive, but we did not receive any silverware for our pizza and toasted ravioli -when we asked for plates we got the lid tops for to go containers, and the place was literally a mess. We could only order pizza from the menu and the appetizer as they were not making any other food. I tipped Payton based on our experience and he was rude enough to question the tip. I just let it go as we were headed on to our flight. I do NOT appreciate being questioned about a tip when this was our experience. I would avoid this restaurant at the airport as there are other choices, whether they are doing maintenance or not. This was our second time there, and our 1st experience was not much better. It is evident that it is very poorly managed.

I read a lot of bad reviews and I should've believed them. I decided to come here anyways since it was part of Chase's Priority Pass, so I got $28 credit to spend here. Once I arrived, I was told to sit anywhere, so I grabbed a spot facing the airport to people watch. The server was nice and friendly. For my food, I ordered the 6pcs Wings ($10.99) and Turkey Club ($14.99). When my food arrived, I was shook. The sandwich was obviously burnt and the wings just looked sad. Ok, I'm going to eat this anyways but it was just awful. I don't know if I've ever said this about food. I had to add so much mayo to my sandwich and dip lots of ranch on the wings. Even so, I just couldn't finish my food. It was practically inedible. The lettuce in the sandwich was wilted and the chicken was dry and hard. There's just no saving the food here. Honestly, this place needs to just close down. Please save yourself the embarrassment of serving food. The only good thing was that the server was friendly. I'd only suggest coming here for drinks, since you can't go wrong there. Do not --I repeat, DO NOT EAT THE FOOD. Even though my meal was free due to my PP, I'd rather pay money for better food.

Staff is usually sitting in the front talking to other airport employees while the restaurant has dirty tables and people are waiting for service. Had to actually go fetch someone to take my order only to be told no fried foods because "the man was cleaning the grease thing" Third time I've heard this excuse. Ironically enough when I did get service my complaint was that the oil that was used to fry the ravioli needed replacement ASAP. Not trying again at this point.
Isaac Prince turned it around for us! We were hungry and tired and he made us feel like family!

This is NOT in anyway close to the original pasta house - TOTAL DISASTEROne worker that is not in anyway proficient- slow to take order- unfriendly- offers no waterChef is MIA$8.50 for a beer…This establishment would fail anywhere else, only thing keeping it open is inflated and overpriced drink prices and the fact it is a Pasta House and location in airport (convenient).

Pasta is good but a little on the sweet side. I went to the airport location and would say it was good airport food plus kids loved it.

Not sure why since I placed orders for 2 go. I got very long wait. People in the line behind me finished their food and left my food still hasn't been ready yet. Server kept asking for tips before I got my food. (I shouldn't leave the tip beforehand) Almost late for my flight due to food serving speed
