I sat there for about 15 minutes before they served me. there was two girls talking about fighting with another co-worker when she come to the job. when they did finally take my order they weren't very personable and just dropped off my check when is about to leave. food is good just like waffle House the customer service and all that

Outstanding, normal, waffle house vibes! My husband and I were caught in a storm and we decided on wafflehouse for an early breakfast. The first one we tried only had a to-go window open which was a bummer (and unusual for wafflehouse)! But, this one was open! We were seated immediately, our waitress was very kind, professional, and fast! She knew the menu really well, brought our wonderfully hot coffee as soon as we asked. Food was excellent, the environment was homey, we even saw their outdoor pets (see picture)! Would eat here again!

We placed a to-go order at this Waffle House location during the weekday morning shift. After picking it up and leaving, we discovered the waffles were missing from the order.
When we returned to calmly address the issue, the same server who took and bagged the order responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, she acted as if we were at fault and laughed about the situation.
While mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability and basic customer service was unacceptable. This experience reflects a serious need for improved staff training and management oversight at this location.

The waitress that cooked our food and served it to us had an attitude because I complained about my food not made the way I asked her to. The waffles were disgusting and the coffee taste like the bottoming a trash can. Oh by way, the waitress is a back girl. Not surprised!! Never again will I eat at any waffle houses!

The hashbrowns I ordered covered and smothered and the hashbrowns weren't cooked all the way yet covered in melted butter with uncooked onions and there was onion peel on the hashbrowns

Oh my goodness!! Four of us went out for some breakfast and we weren’t disappointed! There’s just something about Waffle House pancakes, and waffles that nobody else can match! We had pancakes and eggs and bacon and sausage and grits and hashbrowns… everyone walked away full

One thing I do not like at this Waffle house. There are certain waitresses that put on their ticket that they rather have cash for a tip. I think that's inappropriate for somebody to do that. They're making the customers feel guilty.
Waffle House is my go to when I want a good meal that is reasonably priced. The folks at this one are really friendly and provide great service. That's why we drive a bit farther, and cross state lines to get there!

Waffle house is ok for those that have been up all night and want a meal home-cooked. Food is good, basic menu for breakfast and lunch/ dinner for some. Doesn't have any substitutes for diet. Service is ok, not to friendly, just tolerable. Atmosphere is not great during winter all windows are open to cold weather seeping in so you feel cold the whole time. I don't think that's ideal for enjoying breakfast. Waffle house in general is an in/out type eating. You come in and get out as fast as possible
