A real American classic. A&W always has fantastic food, as has been the case for decades, and this location doesn't fail to maintain that tradition. The staff are always professional, respectful, and more than willing to accommodate special requests (and happily fix mistakes). I will NEVER throw my money at McDonald's for a trash burger when I can spend the same thing here for food I'll actually enjoy.

For the busiest time of the day, there was 3 ppl working and I just want to give a shout out to Regina. She was killing it. Very Patient. Kind. And Definitely works great under pressure. She was taking orders indoors and drive thru & did a TREMENDOUS Job all with a Smile. I will definitely come back.

Trash compared to the other A&W in the area. Even went back a second day just incase i went on a bad day. Non of the garden stuff on burgers were fresh.

The floors were sticky, and none of the tables were clean
The disturbing thing, though, was the nastiness allowed in the food prep area. There was a guy using a weed eater and a leaf blower in the parking lot. He was filthy. Out in the lot, he unsafely left things just wherever for people to trip over and step on. Then, he came into the restaurant, all filthy dirty with oil and gas on him, walked into and through the food prep area, grabbing whatever he wanted, basically contaminating everything he touched. This could make people very sick. The staff acted as if this was totally normal. The nasty guy went through the entirety of the food prep area. Virtually everything in the food prep area was contaminated. I wonder what other nasty practices this establishment practicrs. This place needs to have its food rating changed to an F, and should be shut down. All current managers should be fired.
I ordered an online order for pick up. Once I arrived to my destination to look in my bag it was missing a sandwich. When I called to get a refund or store credit (since I could not return to the store) they said they could not and would not give me a refund or credit over the phone. They said I would have to return to the store the next day to talk to a manager. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work out with my schedule to stop back in. It’s just a $6.00 sandwich, not much of a big deal. But I don’t want to interact with bad customer service again.
