I ordered an online order for pick up. Once I arrived to my destination to look in my bag it was missing a sandwich. When I called to get a refund or store credit (since I could not return to the store) they said they could not and would not give me a refund or credit over the phone. They said I would have to return to the store the next day to talk to a manager. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work out with my schedule to stop back in. It’s just a $6.00 sandwich, not much of a big deal. But I don’t want to interact with bad customer service again.

They have definitely gotten better. The food was always great but the floor and table tops were always sticky or greasy. It’s a vast improvement from the last time I was in.

Went to Wendy's 1st. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and drove off. Stopped by here and had a much better burger in a quarter of the time. Thanks!

We ate outside because of the overall lack of cleanliness of restaurant. Staff didn’t look very clean or put together either. Mediocre food, overpriced for the quality that’s for sure.
