Applebee's Grill + Bar

Had lunch here today and the experience was disappointing. My husband ordered a plain chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon on the side, specifically asking for no lettuce or anything else. When the food came out the first time, it had everything on it. He sent it back immediately, and the bartender who took our order even showed us she had marked all those items as 86’d.

About five minutes later they brought the sandwich back out. My husband flipped it over and realized they had simply scraped everything off and served the same sandwich again. At that point, the food was cold and we had no idea what else had been done to it, so he declined it altogether.

The bartender apologized and called the manager over to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the manager offered no apology, no acknowledgement, and no kind of compensation for my husband having to wait with no meal while I finished mine. Yes, they didn’t charge him for the sandwich he didn’t eat—but the complete lack of care from management left a bad impression.

Because of this, we likely won’t return. My husband definitely won’t. The bartender did her best, but management clearly did not.

Wow, the atmosphere here at lunch feels like Cheers the old tv show. Everyone knew each other and having fun, the Bartender Melissa was wonderful.

This is our second time coming to this location and both times we were not getting served. Today we waited 30 minutes and no one came and served us, three servers passed us and we watch tables who came in after us get served first. The service here is ridiculous, we shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for a drink since it took about the same amount of time the first visit.

This Applebees has good service and the typical menu but the restaurant is a bit long in the tooth. Met here for lunch today and it was ok. $30 for the Oriental Salad, Iced Tea and tip. Not sure it is worth the value.

Sat at the bar, and the bartender was really nice and engaging she was super busy mostly fixing the blender for a milk shake and restocking things so I did have to wait on my drink. I was there at 8 pm so maybe there was a big dinner rush before me. Still she was nice. The new grilled cheese cheeseburger wae the bomb. So good

This is a very friendly and laid back Apple Bees location. Active and busy, but usually not too hectic or noisy. The layout of this location is good for couples, families, or even larger groups to dine together. They usually have the game on multiple TV's, which can be seen from the bar and many of the surrounding booths.

Just went to this restaurant with a party of 5. A 90 year lady with a walker and 2 of us that have to use a crutch to get around. We asked for a table and were told we could have the two tables toward the back. When we got to the table the hostess said we couldn’t move the tables together. They expected up to sit at separate tables. This isn’t a good place to go if they cannot accommodate a party of 5.

Never ever been treated this poorly for crappy service and horrible food. Sat at bar bigger blonde bartending. I usually have awesome service from the young lady with long hair ,petite very efficient. Makes sure food is brought out properly and correct. This gal yesterday served me a bourbon Street steak and it was raw. I told her it was raw and I was going to ask for a box so I could take it home and cook. She jerked the skillet off of the bar and didn't say a word. I was pissed. I didn't want anything for free just a box.

Behh, applebees.. its fine..

Great ribs for a chain restaurant. Actually this location has the best ribs of all St. Louis and St. Charles locations. Michael and Jake were great, awesome job guys for the great atmosphere.
