Unprofessional business all around. Employees are always just sitting around on there phones. Had to get the girls attention to take my order. Sandwich was poorly put together and it was soggy. Will not be returning.

I love cookies, big cookies, small cookies, chewy cookies and crisp cookies. The two enormous cookies I purchased from the Saint Peters location were extremely disappointing for me. I ordered the enormous Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate cookies. I could barely contain my excitement and wanted to devour them immediately. The cookies were placed in a black styrofoam container. The walk to the car was too long so I open the box and broke off a large section of the Double Chocolate Cookie. My happy face immediately turned into a scowl. The cookie was not very sweet and the texture was soft and “cakey”. Later that evening, I was feeling optimistic and tore into The Chocolate Chip cookie. It was just as disappointing but I made myself eat it, so I wouldn’t totally waste $9.21 on two cookies. I wrapped the other half of the Double Chocolate Chip cookie in foil. I doubt that I’ll guilt eat it.

I would give it a 5 if there cookies were as good as Grandmas cookies. The mall has 3 pretzel places and this is the only cookie place left.....bummer

Cookies might be good don’t know. Don’t order a sandwich $9 dollars for a size sandwich you get from quicktrip not much meat, also 4 mor bucks to make it a meal. I said they should be ashamed for those prices and size u get. Do Charlie’s in the mall better size cheaper and they are faster. Literally took 20 to make a cold sandwich smh save ur money everybody

Blown away by outstanding, above and beyond customer service! Sam was simply amazing. Greatly appreciate her genuine care for my daughter and her same day birthday cookie cake wishes. This was our first time at Baked - Another local bakery had informed us of a minimum of 48 hours notice for a decorated chocolate chip cookie cake and was quite rude about it. I try to support and shop local as much as possible, so I didn't want to get a grocery store one unless it was last resort. We will be back and we will recommend!! The cookie was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Again, thank you for having great employees who are willing to go the extra mile and that you can tell love what they do - makes all the difference!

I have to recommend Baked for something you may not realize they do--dog cakes! I got the most adorable, dog-safe and beautiful cake (at an incredibly reasonable price). The service was absolutely amazing, and the proof is in the pictures. I can't wait to use them for my human children as well.
They are wonderful!! Especially because I am on Keto so this is one place I can go to get me a pizza and dessert and not feel so guilty about it. They have moved locations into mid rivers mall but they are still amazing!

I love all things sweet!!! I was pretty skeptical. First time trying keto sweets (trying to eat a little better). Honest opinion....the keto cookies are SO good!!! I tried the chocolate chip and the peanut butter ones! I will be back for more! The keto cupcake wasn't for me, but that's my opinion. Also, their veggie soup is absolutely delicious! Very friendly staff!

Probably some of the better cookies I've had in quite a while, the sugar cookies are my favorite but the chocolate chip are pretty good too. I love that the cookies are very dense and soft, these are some massive cookies we are talking about here. And dont get me started on the cookie dough sushi.....OMG. Edible cookie dough with cheesecake filling and crunched up oreos rolled up into a beautiful sushi roll and drizzled with chocolate and caramel, I've never had anything so divine. Would eat again, 10/10.
