I have been going to Bob Evans for years this the worst experience I have had lets start with the food. Ordered the Rio omelet burn egg with a slice of cheese with raw ice old green peppers tomatoes onions cold... with melted sour cream and juice salsa on top.... Gf had legendary turkey sandwich with ice cold turkey and rubber bacon that I couldn't even chew and a salad that was not fresh. Now the service waitress was fine. But the entire time I'm listening to the cook being a Belligerent, rude, disrespectful and not quiet about it at all... He was threatening to quit right then and there. While being disrespectful to management asking why are you still here.. go home... repeatedly loudly....

I give the atmosphere a 5⭐️ only because of our server. I used to come to BE for years on Mid Rivers. This location has been horrible. Management, and servers. I took a chance today. Thank God they have a good server now. She said she was new but I couldn't tell. So friendly. Bubbly. Helpful on menu since the thing I used to get is gone now. My coffee cup never went dry. My table was cleared as it went so I wasn't sitting with a bunch of clutter. She transferred from somewhere but I can't remember where from. My husband said her name is Michelle. KEEP HER. She stands out in mentality and service. I will ask for her every time.

Waited 25 minutes for my order to be ready , order wasn't even being prepared for that entire 25 minutes of me waiting, store wasn't packed with customers or overflowing with tickets , completely unacceptable

This Bob Evans (1998 Zumbehl Rd, St. Charles, MO) is the single worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
This place is a disgrace to the community and should be shut down immediately.
• Over 1 hour wait for food after ordering.
• No server checked on us once — I had to get my own water.
• Filthy tables and condiment shakers (clear health code violation).
• I ordered a three-egg veggie omelette and was served an overcooked mess with ham in it.
• Biscuits were inedible — oversalted, dry, and disgusting.
• Portions were tiny for the price.
• The manager’s behavior was appalling: rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and openly ignorant.
• The atmosphere included racism and ignorance on top of already terrible service.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s a health hazard and a hostile environment. The food is unsafe, the staff untrained, and the management toxic. I will be reporting this Bob Evans to the health department and urge others to do the same.

Service was OK. After ordering our food it took at least 30min before food was brought out to the table. Waitress forget my biscuits and gravy, and I had to get up from my table and go tell her she forgot my biscuits and gravy , the bacon was dripping with grease and the eggs was to runny.
