Service was OK. After ordering our food it took at least 30min before food was brought out to the table. Waitress forget my biscuits and gravy, and I had to get up from my table and go tell her she forgot my biscuits and gravy , the bacon was dripping with grease and the eggs was to runny.

We love Bob Evans. The service is always good and so is the food. They do have the cheapest prices around. We eat at many places and this is the best prices.
I had the lemon pepper grill chicken breast with mac and cheese and broccoli. The mac & cheese was cold. Mary, my waitress warmed it up. She is very nice and makes sure you have everything you need.

Bob Evens on St Charles Rock Rd. Will never get my business EVER again. Went with friends tonight for a ladies 76 birthday dinner and the waitress was so rude and slammed the ladies drink down at her. Took 20 minutes to ever get to order. Did a 2 for one price dinner special and didn’t even get the right stuff or our dessert. She was absolutely rude. The birthday lady even was offended. I HATE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!! Especially towards elderly who have a oxygen tank with them. I have never been more angry than I am right now about a service.
