Wings were at best only OK. Make bartender was the opposite of friendly. I expected more for the prices they charge.

I believe our waitresses name was Kenzie. She was fantastic and attentive. Great service and we have been to our fair share of places with service that wasn't great, so it was really nice. Food was really good too.

Ordered some food tonight from the Bass Pro location and I'm disabled and on oxygen and KJ was very helpful brought it out to my car just out the front door. As a small business owner in St Charles he is the exactly the type of employee that we look for They're hard to find people that treat the customer as if it was their own business someone with an owner's mentality instead of an employee mentality Good job KJ

If the name on the marquee at the restaurant includes the word "wings", then I don't feel like I'm being unreasonable to expect that the restaurant will serve good wings. I was disappointed when the wings brought to me were overcooked, with the meat dry and leathery. If a customer at a wings restaurant sends the wings back because they are not good, then I don't feel like I'm being unreasonable to expect that someone in the staff would be bothered. On the contrary, it seemed to me that my server's attitude was "whatever dude". She didn't seem bothered at all that I left without eating anything. No supervisor followed up to understand what had happened or to try to make amends. Besides walking out this restaurant as hungry as when I walked into the restaurant, I also walked out having learned that the cooks here have no problem letting crap wings leave the kitchen, the wait staff here has no problem serving crap wings, and management here are indifferent to customers sending crap wings back to the kitchen. Makes me wonder why the name on the marquee includes the word "wings"?

My guy and I order wings and tots. It took longer than necessary to get it. The wings were over cooked and they were cold by the time we got them. My guy saw I was trying to get someone's attention for silverware. He did eventually. I couldn't finish my food.

Great service from the bar bartender was excellent
The attached photo shows a female employee who is playing on her phone. The whole time, I was there. Her attitude was terrible when I attempted to pay my bill. I have never gone to a bdubs that could not take a bill at the register and allow me to pay. I had to go all the way back to the bar just to pay my bill.

We went on veterans day to get my husband the free meal. I got the lunch meal that includes a soda for 11.99. The waitress brought us a bill for $28 and when we asked why we were being charged for his food and my soda she said she would fix it, took our card even though we didn't have it with the bill as we wanted it fixed first. She rang us out for the $28 still. Mind you she took more then 5 minutes to greet us (they were busy i get it) then she took our drink order and food order at the same time great, our food came out before the drinks( been there done that). My husband stayed to talk to a manager and he basically told us that because I wanted to take the rest of my food home he couldn't get his meal free and they still charged me for my soda. They also weren't going to give me a box for my food that I paid for.

Placed an order for 710 get there at 630 it’s already in the warmer, everything is stale and old. Called manager and very rude response won’t be wasting my money anymore I suggest not ordering

They have flies . One died in my beer. Still had to pay for the beer. Tried handle it locally. Apparently it was an impossibility to refund my money, because it was a day later. Local management pretty much said too bad, so sad. BTW, fruit flies are always a result of bad sanitation. Clean up your hellhole.
