The service was great! My server (Jamie) was awesome! Was very attentive, not just me but all of the other tables which she had 5 or 6 others. She was very personable, with a great personality. The manager was sitting at the bar as well which is where I was sitting. He helped her a lot in getting food for the tables. He was also very nice and personable as well. I definitely recommend this place and need to check it out for yourself rather than looking at all the negative reviews. Because the service for one person is different for another person.

The burgers were good when we finally got them, however the manager needs to work on his customer service. The place was quite busy because of a festival. They had a sign that said "seat yourself". There were no tables available when my friend and I arrived. There was an elderly couple sitting on one end of a table for 6 and told us we could sit at the other end of the table. Since nothing else was available we said sure and sat down. The waitresses did not seem to have a problem with us sitting at the other end of the table, if she did she should have said something. She took our drink orders and gave us menus. We got our drinks relatively quick but then it was quite a while after that before she came back to get our food order. She seemed surprised that we were ordering food even though we had menus. By now we were sitting at this particular table by ourselves since the elderly couple had gotten their food, ate it and left. When we finally got our food order it was the manager who brought it out to the table. He told us the next time we came in to sit at a smaller table since the table we were at was reserved for larger groups. Duh - don't you think we would have done that if another smaller table had been available and we had not been invited to sit at the table. And if the table was reserved for larger groups were was the reserved sign. If you have a sign that says "seat yourself", I should be able to sit anywhere I please, even if it were a table for six. Change your "seat yourself" sign or put a reserved sign on the larger table! And just to be clear, there will not be a next time!

Its a little too expensive for what you get but the burgers are really good. I had the EKG (triple patty) and the slinger burger and both were phenomenal.
