Hi everyone I just left this location and had the most disappointing experience I’ve eaten here before and it wasn’t like this I ordered two of the white fish meals and our fish was burned and than the replacement was cooked really hard . The manager waited to tell us that the Fryer was broken and cooking on a higher temp than she said we got a working one so why did she use a broken fryer so confused and not happy please pass this location up.

Chanel the general manager ( I believe )was such a kind soul with the best aura coming from her, yesterday I wished when I left that I would've let her known how she made me feel… She was courteous and kind and was generating such positive vibes !!! MORE GMs NEED TO GET LIKE HER !!

Not enough people working there. Drive through was not manned but there was no sign telling customers this. Food was great (for fast food), and the people actually working were doing the best they could, but just massively understaffed.

there is nothing to share as the lobby door was locked at about 14:00-14:15 03/14/2024. Looked like only drive through was open but since my drivers window does not go down I cannot go through the drive through, what a shame but saved me from spending money. I thought lobbies were open since the pandemic but I guess not enough employees to serve both a lobby & the drive through. Oh well

The manager was super nice and hard working. Looking to serve and please. The young boy taking orders at the register acted bothered and so unhappy to be there. He needs to be corrected immediately. I pointed this out to the manager as well as did another couple who were appalled at his apathetic, piss poor work ethic.
