Cardinal Sin Distillery on Main Street is an absolute treat! The creativity in naming their liquors adds so much charm, but it’s the taste that really stands out. We especially loved the Lust Bourbon for its smooth finish and the OMG Brown Sugar Whiskey – rich, sweet, and perfect! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to try something unique!

Another great visit, trying out a tasting of their latest sins and picking one as our favorite to take home. Friendly and helpful service, great product.

My husband and I decided to take a day trip to St. Louis area and found Cardinal Sins Distillery with a random Google search. We really enjoyed Chad and our tasting! Good times. We bought 2 bottles of their product! We were sad to see the labels did not make the trip home, but otherwise no complaints!

Small business but you'd never know it by the products, which are top notch. True down to earth staff who really know their stuff. Just the engineering tricks to be able to produce such a high quality product at the level of scale are impressive. But at the end of the day, it's the booze that counts and boy does it. The OMG Whiskey got a literal OMG out of us and we always come back thirsty for more.

I first heard of Cardinal Sin years ago via Groupon. We went on a tour there and they were very accommodating and their products were delicious. I think I've been on 2 more tours there with different groups. I'm a fan of their Rye Whiskey! I'm happy they found a new home on Main Street in Historic St. Charles!

Great spirits....especially the Starka! You just have to try it.......it is not something you have ever tasted! Also the online ordering experience was spot on. I got my orders in a timely manner. I will be back again!

Cardinal Sin Distillery provided several options for tasting and was very helpful when we were figuring out what to purchase. They have a wide variety of very tasty products. We were hoping to meet Dr. Vodka but we missed him by a few hours. We had a very good experience.

While Cardinal Sin whiskies are no doubt exquisite beverages, it is their Starka that makes this company truly unique at least on this side of the pond.

I lived in this country for over a half of my life. While it is an incredible place that has more to offer than pretty much all the rest of the world, I spent spent most of my time here chasing a unique beverage of my childhood, the east-European specialty of Starka that carries this unique taste of herbal tangy sweetness made up of linden leaves, cognac and port barrels and other secret ingredients.
Over the years I tasted numerous Polish, Lithuanian and American starkas as well as newly fashionable ‘oak aged vodkas’ trying to find anything close to the one I grew up with back in the old country.
Cardinal Sin Starka, while quite a different in recipe and ingredients, is the only one that can match the taste and quality of the original.

I realize this is a niche market kind of product and only hope Cardinal Sin will keep it in the lineup for years to come. It’s a pity that it does not seem to be distributed beyond STL and perhaps a store or two in eastern IL.

Such a fun activity to visit a local distillery! The people are fun and friendly and the spirits are great. I’ve taken several friends from out of town and they have enjoyed it, too!
