this chipotle has really impolite employees, everytime i go they have bad attitudes, they yell at each other when they need to communicate instead of just talking at a normal tone, aren’t friendly, and whoever is in charge of re-stocking silverware and cleaning is bad. it’s always dirty in there and they will probably not have the silverware needed. also they never have anything ready! you will literally sit there for 30 minutes while they cook meat and yell at each other. very chaotic and stressful environment. also, when i wae there one time a male employee went into the women’s restroom for nearly 20 minutes, i do not think it was his break either. a girl was waiting for him to come out of the bathroom for 20 mins. the food is good, but only because you wait forever for it to be ready.

There is no feedback link on the website anymore (bad sign), so I’ll do it here. I have NEVER had one bag of properly cooked chips at this location. Also the general manager allows the team to use less onions, cilantro, and jalapeños for the salsas and guacamole so they don’t have to cut (work) as much. This throws off the taste and Steve Ells would never have allowed this. The taco lettuce is so thick it wouldn’t fit in the tacos and my daughter’s taco shells broke because like the chips, they were improperly cooked. This is a low performing restaurant and Taco Bell produces more consistent food. NOBODY CARES ABOUT CHANGING HOW PEOPLE THINK ABOUT AND EAT FAST FOOD.

Disregarding the fact our order was sitting on the counter for ten minutes out of our 20 minutes wait before they gave it to us. (Online order) We witnessed the cook drop the grill scraper and the spatula that was being used to cook food on the ground, pick the utensils up and proceeded to still use them to cook food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. called chipotle corporate and they were little help, will be contacting the health department as that is absolutely not okay.

The DIRTIEST CIPOTLE! You can't have an open kitchen with trash EVERYWHERE! The trash cans are running over with trash. ALL of the tables were dirty! The kitchen had trash on the floor, trash on the counters, and trash on the line. Most of the food containers were empty. Employees yelling and arguing. Go to another location trust me. All of the reviews are true.

Second time in a row that the food was horrible. Ordered a bowl with white rice and rice was hard. It made the entire meal inedible. Ate half and threw it out. Chips were stale. Totally unacceptable.

place is messy. All tables are dirty,floors are dirty and soda places is messy and dirty. Restaurant is not busy at all they have 7 workers in the kitchen talking when some one can come out here and clean. It would lonely take about 10 min to do it. I have work in so many restaurants and it doesn’t take long to do that.

I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup and even tipped ahead of time. The app showed the drive-thru as open, but when I arrived at the window a little before 10 pm (an hour before closing), the employee opened the window only to tell me I had to come inside to get my food—even though my order was already ready. If the drive-thru was “closed,” why open the window just to send me inside? It felt like they went out of their way to make things difficult. I wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t dressed to go in, but I had no choice. On top of that, there was no way to remove the tip, and the staff laughed when handing me my food. This was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable service. I won’t be returning.

So slow! I sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes, while the two girls working that night (8/15) looked me in the eyes multiple times and knew I was there. By the time I finally got my food, it was already cold. It isn’t hard to simply open the door, get my name, and give me my food. Won’t be back at this location hopefully ever again.
