The new adventure zone is awesome

We’ve hosted 3 birthday parties at this location this year and they’ve all been great! However our party on 12/1/25 will definitely be one we remember forever. With the incoming snow we debated cancelling or rescheduling but chose to take the chance and go anyway. We ended up having the entire place to ourselves which the kids absolutely loved and thought was so cool. All of the staff were so kind and amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the party great but that we continued to feel safe and not rushed with the snowstorm. They reassured us we could stay as long as we needed to to make sure we felt ok with the road conditions and leaving. We never felt pressured to leave so anyone else could leave early or rushed to “get out of their hair.” We felt welcomed and safe and could take our time. We finally left about 2 hours after our party time ended which was great because plows had finally hit the roads and we felt confident and safe making the trek home. The staff were fabulous with making sure we had everything and so caring in making sure we truly felt ok to leave. They all went above and beyond their expected roles for the day and we are so thankful and will never forget the kindness and care we were shown. We will absolutely be back for more birthdays and more playtime!

Had a great time for granddaughters birthday. Lots of great updates it was clean and organized. Staff was well informed of policies and procedures.

Pizza fire

We went out for an outing and had a great time. The atmosphere was everything. It was nice and clean. The food was fresh. And the manager was making sure all the games were working. I had just left another Chuckie Cheese and the games were not working, a man and his daughter stop me just before I placed an order. He save me.

The restaurant was very clean. The cooking staff very nice and did a great job on the pizzas. Just wish the rest of the staff wore a smile on their face instead of looking like they didn't want to be here
Other than that the kids had a great time

I have little ones so I bought the membership and every time we come which is frequently they out of something or several games broke… it’s ridiculous I pay a membership for nothing. All the young staff are rude and dismissive. Seriously considering just cancelling my membership..

I recently took my nephew to Chuck E. Cheese for a fun day out, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean, organized, and filled with that exciting energy that makes kids light up. But what truly made our visit stand out was the amazing service we received from Dawna.

Dawna went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special. She greeted us with a huge smile and treated my nephew like he was the most important kid in the world. She was so patient and kind—helping us get set up with our play cards, explaining how everything worked, and even taking the time to make sure my nephew felt confident using the games on his own. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience.

Throughout our visit, Dawna checked in several times to make sure we were doing okay, and when my nephew got nervous about meeting Chuck E. during the dance time, she knelt down, talked to him gently, and made him feel completely comfortable. By the end, he was smiling, dancing, and having the time of his life!

The food came out quickly and tasted great for a family spot like this, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and fun. But what really made the difference was Dawna’s warmth and professionalism—she’s the kind of person who turns a simple family outing into a truly memorable day.

Thank you, Dawna, for being so kind, patient, and genuinely amazing. My nephew hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun he had, and we’ll definitely be coming back soon—mostly because of the wonderful service we experienced

It was for the kids everything just cost so much

The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because nearly every game was broken. Skee ball had no balls the bowling game had no balls half of the sit down race games didn't work I even had one crash on me mid game and then make a terrible noise. I pay for the membership I don't mean to be a karen but my kid was so frustrated today that like 9/10 games she wanted to play were broken. She actually asked to leave..

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese since the 90's when my kids were toddlers. Saturday I decided to take my grandchildren so they could play and wear themselves out! I went early because I was worried it would be crowded. I was extremely satisfied with the appearance, atmosphere and the staff! There was a lady that seemed to be a supervisor or manager that went above and beyond to help that day! She was friendly, personable and a downright good person! She checked on us to make sure we were ok several times because you can tell She cared about her job! That is rare these days. Special shout out to the lady that brought my grandkids a cup cake from her kids party 🥳 🎉. I have a renewed faith in mankind after my outing Saturday.

Pizza is very middle of the road, except it costs way too much for what you are getting. There's something to do for all ages there but nothing spectacular. Like no ball pits, no climbing stuff or tubes. We can just put our kids in front of a screen at home I don't need to come to Chuck E Cheese to do that. A little rougher all around.
