The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because nearly every game was broken. Skee ball had no balls the bowling game had no balls half of the sit down race games didn't work I even had one crash on me mid game and then make a terrible noise. I pay for the membership I don't mean to be a karen but my kid was so frustrated today that like 9/10 games she wanted to play were broken. She actually asked to leave..

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese since the 90's when my kids were toddlers. Saturday I decided to take my grandchildren so they could play and wear themselves out! I went early because I was worried it would be crowded. I was extremely satisfied with the appearance, atmosphere and the staff! There was a lady that seemed to be a supervisor or manager that went above and beyond to help that day! She was friendly, personable and a downright good person! She checked on us to make sure we were ok several times because you can tell She cared about her job! That is rare these days. Special shout out to the lady that brought my grandkids a cup cake from her kids party 🥳 🎉. I have a renewed faith in mankind after my outing Saturday.

Pizza is very middle of the road, except it costs way too much for what you are getting. There's something to do for all ages there but nothing spectacular. Like no ball pits, no climbing stuff or tubes. We can just put our kids in front of a screen at home I don't need to come to Chuck E Cheese to do that. A little rougher all around.

I can not believe how horrible this place is. Do not waste your time or money here. Half of the games were broke which we didn’t know until after scanning our card, therefor we lost quite a few dollars on games that didn’t work. I saw a MANAGER working on a game so I advised him we have tried about 6 games so far that are not working and it’s unfortunate I spent money for a game card to nordm

Amazing value for family fun! Our almost 4 year old had a blast today with his 90 minute unlimited play and all day trampoline passes! Also a very clean facility. Highly recommend!

Starting to become run down. Used to be well kept. Half the games were broken and not worth the money we paid for the hour. Lack of staffing is evident cause they had two parties and barely kept up the register or kid check in.

1st time at this establishment in years. Celebrated my 3 yr old birthday on 12/13. Guest service was very patient with me and all my questions. It was clean. But the food was meh, salad bar need help .... overpriced, and overrated

Chuck E Cheese is NOT what it used to be. No band, no Chuck E Character entertaining the kids, no ball pit..the trampoline bounce you PAY extra for. It's just basically a bunch of video games, most are a JOKE and a WASTE.. and for 2yr olds they can't see over half of them. Theyre short lived games, then the big games have to many steps and "press this, then press that" before the game ever starts and for kids who can't read its useless.. They need to STEP UP again..
