We always have a fine time here. They know us well and service is always great. It's packed on weekends but weekday visits are lovely. We will continue to visit, just like we have been for at least 7 years now.Kid-friendliness: Obviously extremely kid friendly. Been bringing my kids since 2-3 years old and they are now 10 and 11 and still love it.Wheelchair accessibility: You'll have no problems getting in with a wheelchair the whole place is level including the entrance door.

Came here to play the games since we still had money on our game card. Didn't eat the food so I cannot review that. The games were fun, although a few were broken down. We also did the trampoline area, which I say isn't worth the money and why I am giving 4 stars.Parking: So much availability in the parking lot since the building next door is empty.

Went for the 1 hour game pass for my kids. They had fun. Some of the games did not work, and the quality of trampolines and games is not as good as a kokomo Joe's, but for $30, it is tough to beat for the price. The staff was great, helpful, and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. The younger, the better.

I wanted to write this review because of how devastated my child and the other children are we went to this location on 2/25/24 for my daughters birthday and everything was cool they was having fun until Chuck E the mouse came out all the kids ran to him only to be frightened he pushed my baby when she was try to touch him and turned his back on the other children my baby cried and cried also when I addressed what had happened staff was not interested at all like saying when there’s a reserved party they have his time first . But touching other children like that I was upset I talked to the manager and she said they’ll look into it but she took no information from me not even my name I would never ever go here again.and I will be following up

We took our grandson and purchased 60 minutes time special . The first 6 games he tried to play were broken. The staff gave us time on the card. Tried 5 more games 2 worked. Our 5 year old grandson asked to leave. We asked for a refund on the 40 minutes remaining. We were told that wasn’t possible since we used the card.
I was there on Feb, 7 2024I was setting in my table waiting for my pizza.Suddenly I see the place manager in the kitchen and I saw him not wearing gloves and touched the customers food with his hands without any gloves.I went to him nicely and talked to him he denied it and didn’t accept his mistake even after that he was standing in the kitchen touching different things in the kitchen he shouldn’t without gloves.I don’t know the managers name but he was working at 5:00 pm on Feb,7 2024

Really nice plenty of games alot more than before. My grandson really enjoyed it. He is a Koko Mo Joes place to go but he said if their prizes were better he would like to go their just as much.Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of entry and plenty of handicap parking.
