Course Coffee is undoubtedly one of my favorite spots in St Charles. Their specialty roasted coffees are next level. They offer everything from lattes to pour overs, and super yummy seasonal drinks. The environment is so cozy, and perfect for catching up with a friend, working remotely, or enjoying a good book. Course is the best. The people make it so and they genuinely love discovering new coffee flavor and trends. You can go wrong with cute town and house they have their business in. Highly recommend

I've driven past Coarse Roasters in Frenchtown more times than I can count, always intending to stop but never making the time... until today. Glad I finally did. The vibe inside is casual but clearly cared-for, with the kind of low-key, local energy you want from a place like this.

I asked the barista for a recommendation, letting them know I'm typically a black coffee drinker who's open to new things... but not interested in anything too sweet....
