The dine in was excellent; The checkout was not so good; I had received an email stating that I had 154 PEG points and that they would expire soon. So I requested to use the points and was told that I had only 74 PEGS an only 37 PEGs that was not eligible to be use. My plans was to use the 410.00 in PEG and pay the balance in Cash. but it turned out that i had to pay the entire Bill by charge. So much for PEG redemption!

They apologized in advance for a long way but that didn’t happened, every thing was prompt, the order accurate, all was great , good service (the young lady was friendly and very professional) the place was clean place and a great atmosphere.

We frequently go to Cracker Barrel and find the food very good & the service typically Excellent. This trip was an exception. The food was very slow coming out, presentation, and quantity was not as good as usual. We also ordered carry out, it looked like a sloppy mess. We will go back again because it has good food and a nice store, with good atmosphere, but this trip was not a good experience.

For me, music is to loud and being crowded it’s hard to hear. In conversations I hear the words “what-huh-can’t hear you” a lot. Love everything else!!

Absolutely awful. I hate to completely cut off a restaurant that is only about a mile from home and has decent food, but the service was so awful that I won't be returning. I was seated for more than 30 minutes before I received a water. After we finished our food, we sat there for a full 20 minutes before I found some other random employee and asked her to find our waitress. Not what felt like 20 minutes, but what was an actual 20 minutes. Dirty restaurant, didn't appear to be a manager in sight. The chicken was pretty good though.

Server wasn't honest about an item being not ready, instead stated it wasn't available. The server disappeared after giving us our checks. Had to hunt them down for a tp go box.

It's sad how this place has gone down in service and quality. The restaurant was dirty, the service was slow and not very good. Used to be a favorite place to go.
