I placed an hour over 40 minutes before they closed online. After 20 minutes of my order “prepping” I tried to call to see what was going on and no one answered the phone I called multiple times for 20 minutes until the phone said they were closed. They didn’t try and call not one time to let me know they wouldn’t be able to accommodate. They just took my money AND MY TIP and NEVER FULFILLED MY ORDER. I will never ever order from this places again.
Employees need better customer service training. Over 2 hours for my delivery to even be in the oven so I go up there, ask to just get my order, refund my tip and delivery fee, cashier argued for over 5 min that he wasn't refunding me. His side kick preparing the dough tried to refuse to make my order because I asked for a refund of my tip and delivery fee.. as I should've since I was the one PICKING UP my order. Also gave me someone else's order too.

Everytime my boyfriend orders from here the pizza is not good. Tonight I wanted the cinnamon twists.. they forgot them completely! Thanks a lot for nothing! And they are closed now and you can’t get ahold of them. Guess I’ll take a discount on my next order.. if I even bother!
