Twice I ordered food delivered from this location and it took longer than 3 hours each time, I only live about 5 minutes away and it still took me this long I ordered on a Sunday around 12:00 in the day and it still took them that long, the food was cold and undercooked and everything about the pizza was bad, it said Frederick was cooking my pizza for two whole hours, I do not understand what went wrong and for this to happen twice is a little crazy, do not go here when you go to Stefanina's right around the corner.

Ordered pizza tonight at 7:30pm and for the next hour and 40 minutes tried calling to find out where my pizza was but they didn't answer the phone just put on hold indefinitely. When pizza finally arrived cold the driver asked for a tip and when we said for the poor service we would not be tipping, the driver then offered a Domino's future order credit for a tip, we still said no. The driver then told us she would be black listing our phone number. I would have called the store and reported it to the manager instead of posting here except the store manager isn't answering the phone.

I travel a lot. Tonight landed me in St. Charles MO, and I was exhausted. Placed an order with Dominoes through the app. An hour later it still showed in “prep” so I called the store to find out if something went wrong with the app uploading the order. The gentleman that answered the phone was apparently having a bad day, and was pretty nasty on the phone. Said it would be a minimum of 3 hours and then cancelled my order. I waited 3 hours and called back in and the lady said that they couldn’t deliver to the hotel address. I’m assuming he blacklisted the address. Out of all of the dominoes across the US, I’ve never had this happen.

This location is trash now. The app doesn’t even allow you to order from here most of the time. Nobody answers the phone. Avoid this location at all costs. It needs a new owner or to be closed. Won’t order again, or should I say, attempt to order since I can’t even get the order in.
Looks like someone slid the pizza box, with the pizza inside it, into something and inertia kept carrying the pizza. I can’t even grab a piece without all the toppings sliding off, don’t know if they added too much sauce or it was undercooked.

I cannot even begin to understand how a business is ran this poorly. I am a professional chef with over 20 years of hospitality experience and I am just blown away and how terrible this store is I was yelled at because I called to complain about my order that was an hour and a half late cold as hell and not even my order, evidently that was my fault they refused To answer the phone or offer to make anything correct I am baffled who the hell owns this store
