Ordered pizza tonight at 7:30pm and for the next hour and 40 minutes tried calling to find out where my pizza was but they didn't answer the phone just put on hold indefinitely. When pizza finally arrived cold the driver asked for a tip and when we said for the poor service we would not be tipping, the driver then offered a Domino's future order credit for a tip, we still said no. The driver then told us she would be black listing our phone number. I would have called the store and reported it to the manager instead of posting here except the store manager isn't answering the phone.

I travel a lot. Tonight landed me in St. Charles MO, and I was exhausted. Placed an order with Dominoes through the app. An hour later it still showed in “prep” so I called the store to find out if something went wrong with the app uploading the order. The gentleman that answered the phone was apparently having a bad day, and was pretty nasty on the phone. Said it would be a minimum of 3 hours and then cancelled my order. I waited 3 hours and called back in and the lady said that they couldn’t deliver to the hotel address. I’m assuming he blacklisted the address. Out of all of the dominoes across the US, I’ve never had this happen.

This location is trash now. The app doesn’t even allow you to order from here most of the time. Nobody answers the phone. Avoid this location at all costs. It needs a new owner or to be closed. Won’t order again, or should I say, attempt to order since I can’t even get the order in.

Looks like someone slid the pizza box, with the pizza inside it, into something and inertia kept carrying the pizza. I can’t even grab a piece without all the toppings sliding off, don’t know if they added too much sauce or it was undercooked.

I don’t understand how a business this terrible is still open
I cannot even begin to understand how a business is ran this poorly. I am a professional chef with over 20 years of hospitality experience and I am just blown away and how terrible this store is I was yelled at because I called to complain about my order that was an hour and a half late cold as hell and not even my order, evidently that was my fault they refused To answer the phone or offer to make anything correct I am baffled who the hell owns this store

If I could give zero stars I would. Our order was said to be delivered on the tracker, so we called the store and was on hold for 20+ and was told it would be there in 10 min or less. Well lo and behold it was delivered to a home that wasn't ours. So back to calling and after 20 minutes I selected a different call option and was given the runaround and yet again transferred to the store that apparently can't answer their phone. Gong on 20 min again with no avail. Oh and did you know Dominos has no customer service phone number? So who knows if we will receive a refund ever. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience we have ever had with a restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

Terrible location, waiting well over an hour and a half for our food. Went to the place and said I wanted to change my order from delivery to carry out and they still delivered it while I was there. Employees getting orders mixed up. Terrible management and organization.
