Rude! She seemed to want to argue about everything. We wanted a meal, but wanted to pay the difference for our drinks, she wouldn't do that. We canceled that order and tried again. it was free cup day it started at 10 AM. It was exactly 10AM, she told me it didn't start until After 10AM. When we finally pulled up to the window I paid and she told me my order didn't qualify for a free cup. At this point, I was through. I asked for a refund. Now she wanted to give me the cup, I said no Thank you, I'll take my money back and go elsewhere. Won't be returning to this Dunkin.

Drinks in the cooler by the door expired, wrong food, missing items, it seems as though there’s a communication issue or language barrier. Reminds me a lot of the ihop at Cave Springs. Don’t waste your time or money.

We spent $35 there yesterday, the donuts in the case were all labeled wrong, so I was pointing to the donuts I wanted and reading the sign, because they were all labeled wrong I got a dozen donuts that I did not order or want. I also ordered 2 coffees off their menu and they didn't even know what one of them was and gave me who knows what, but it was basically black coffee with caramel in it. I completely wasted $35 and will never go back

The employees don't speak English very well, not judging but still need some work. The food was really tasty 😋 the coffee was okay but didn't realize the espresso was going to be as strong as it was
I come to this location all the time came in last night At 6:50 and was told that they were closing in 10 minutes and had nothing but lemonade and iced coffee. I wanted hot chocolate after going sledding do better.
