Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis St. Charles

I worked here for over a year here. And in the meantime I was constantly being “hit on” by the manager. He always made me feel uncomfortable. And if I didn’t absolutely need this job I would have left sooner. I can even show email and texts proving how inappropriate he has . Will never ever stay or apply for a job at Hilton again.

Keep the soda fountain on in the kitchen or I am going to be not happy with the hotel

A very nice stay. We enjoyed the happy hour reception. The breakfast with made to order omelets beats any other hotel breakfast out there. We were traveling across the country with our two Labrador dogs and the hotel was quite accommodating. (I do wish the front desk had told me about the dog walking area behind the hotel, I only discovered it the morning of departure)

The bartender was awesome! The lady at check in was amazing. Room didn’t have a microwave or fridge as I am used to having at the embassy’s but the room was clean!

Bartender and front desk very degrading. I usually don't write on these, but was so bad that I had to. The bartender is lucky because he called me and my son idiots under his breath. That usually calls for drastic measures. He's lucky and the front desk clerk agreed totally w the bartender ne er been treated like this anywhere!! Hope the front desk clerk likes his coffee I spilled in his seat. Both need to be fired or taught a lesson bartender "toughguy" terrible. Go to a hotel get threatened this is the one

Once again this is by far is the BEST hotel in St. Charles. My husband and I made an impromptu trip to the Lou and Embassy Suites is my go to hotel when staying there. Happy Hour was absolutely fantastic and Joy, who works breakfast, is the most beautiful, kindest woman I have ever met there. She treated us like we were family and was just so sweet and kind. What a gem! Thank you again Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis -St. Charles. Once again you exceeded my expectations.Rooms: Our room had an air purifier and it made such a huge difference. My husband has athsma and he could most definitely tell a difference in the air quality!Safety: The only hotel that I feel safe at in St. LouisWalkability: Easy access to walk around outside. The courtyard is amazing and peaceful.Food & drinks: The Happy Hour here is awesome and the service is spectacular!

The front desk lady was so rude room wasn't done at 3 when that's the time they sent me to come check in. We waited 30-40 minutes for our room to be ready. She was snobby and rude didn't tell us anything about the offers or breakfast or explain the drink cards nothing. Pool is very small. Kids in the fitness room. No one has to be accompanied by an adult kids running around the hallways and on the elevators.

Embassy @ St. Charles/ St. Louis most certainly lives up to the Hilton standard. After a horrible experience recently at Embassy in Parsippany, NJ, this hotel reaffirmed my belief that Embassy is THE PLACE to stay on business trips. This location is attached to a convention center, so there is alot of free parking. The outside of the hotel is well kept and clean. The common areas inside the hotel and my room were very clean and room service attended to my room daily. I met Joy while having breakfast on the last day of my stay and she certainly is one of the most personable and genuine hotel associates I've ever had the pleasure of meeting (I've lost count of the number of hotels I've stayed at over the years). Demetrius at the front desk was very helpful at checkout and held onto a bag of my stuff because I was checking out on a Friday and flying back 2 days later on that Sunday, which happens to be today. I dont remember the name of the other two front desk associates that helped me, but the lady at check-in who referred to me as friend was extremely welcoming and the guy with the bunny tattoos was super friendly and helpful as he took great care of me twice (once when I was lost and couldn't find the check-in desk as I entered on the lower level and then again when my room card wasn't working). I am looking forward to another great stay at this Embassy!Nearby activities: Streets of St Charles is super close with lots places to eat.Food & drinks: Multiple choices for breakfast, including make to order omelets. There's a complimentary evening happy hour with two free drinks.

Still the same great hotel with great location. Make to order breakfast was great as usual. Rooms were perfect. Noticed though that Embassy is starting to skimp on the nightly reception. Limited to 2 drinks and they served the same cheap snacks 3 days in a row. Used to be a 2 hr reception now only 5:30 to 7:00 with the 2 drink limit. Wish they would switch back to the way it was

Overal good hotel but the only issue I had when I was there was I talked to the manager about an incident that happy early that morning he didn’t have any sympathy of what happened or didn’t seem like he cared at all, very disappointing with the lack of communication he had! I had my three kids sleeping in my room while someone had opened my door and came in it was very uncomfortable unsafe and we was very upset that that happened to us I will not book with this hotel again!
