Outstanding service received. Great breakfast set-up.

Stayed here for an onsite convention. Not a lot of foid choices, and their gift shop was closed but it was a good experience.

Great food and service

My room was spacious and clean. Great location & they did a great job handling the conference I was there for. I was frustrated at the beginning because they hadn't processed my agency's payment & wanted to put it on my credit card (I can't afford this place myself). But that got straightened out the next day. I wish their coffee shop had better hours tho.

Everyone was so friendly! The elevators took forever but I’m sure it was because they were extremely packed this weekend with several school groups.

Everyone has made me feel at home. Such a great place for traveling for work. Beautiful and very clean. I will come back here for work travel again!

Finally returned to an Embassy Suites after years of staying in other hotels as this chain had gone downhill. This hotel had renovated rooms and the facilities were in good condition. Their breakfast and happy hour are certainly not what I remember from the old days. Very, very average quality food.

To be humbly honest I would not recommend staying here since the last time I stayed here and I was going into the restroom minding my own business and there was this guy named Chris who I believed is supposed to be the head chef in the kitchen and let me tell you he is absolutely repulsive and disrespectful towards me and shared no sympathy and no positive attitude towards me I tried to tell him why he was acting like this since there is no reason to treat a guest like that and he just ignored me and he decided to walk away like nothing happened hopefully he gets fired one day.

The biggest shout out to Mrs. Geneva and Mr. Keith! She arranged transportation for me when I was in need of dinner and Keith was so prompt, helpful, and professional. Both of these staff members showed excellent customer service and hospitality that makes me thrilled to be a guest here! Thank you 🙏

Nice. Bed a tad hard.. but the pillows are great.

Suggest having hot chocolate packets breakfast bar for those who do not drink coffee or tea.

We have stayed here before and were impressed, this time not so much. Our smelled like cat urine, the room was not very clean, they did not clean our room one day, no reason why, asked them to clean it and all they did was hang some towels and coffee on the outside of our door. Kids running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming and riding the luggage carrier. Unfortunately, we will not be going back. Such a shame.

The hospitality is excellent

Pool was closed entire trip. Other then that breakfast was amazing the rooms were very nice. Everyone was very pleasant. The mattresses are a little old and lumpy but still OK not absolutely terrible like you get at some places.
