One of the best hotels in STL area. My family has stayed here multiple times but this was the best stay yet. Asked for late checkout, got 2pm. Hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast was awesome. I’ll be back!
Long post Alert:
This is the worst experience that I've had at an Embassy hotel. We had 4 rooms, and all of our rooms were hot. No matter what we set the thermostat to, they didn't cool down. Some of my family members went to Walmart and bought a fan to make it cooler in the room. We couldn't sleep the first night because of the heat and a weird sound that they (the front desk) told us was probably the air conditioning unit. On the second day I got a text asking how things were going. I explained the issues that we were having, and Jameson told me to come by the front desk and speak with him. When I got back to the hotel I went to the desk and asked for Jameson. The young man working the desk acted like he didn't know who that was; even after I showed him the text message. I told him what was going on with the air, and he said he would send maintenance up to our room. The air was a little cooler, but it still wasn't where it should have been. On our second night there, a bunch of kids checked in; it seems like they were having a couple of birthday parties or something. They were running up and down the halls cursing and knocking on people's doors. My nephew called the front desk to complain because it was almost 11:30 PM, and he was told that they paid for their rooms just like he did; definitely not a professional way to handle that situation. We asked for housekeeping for 1 of the days we were there. The room didn't smell clean, and they put 2 new towels in a room with 4 people. The math definitely wasn't math-ing! Then there was breakfast. The lady working the omelette station on the first day we were there was very overwhelmed. My nephew told her that he didn't want cheese (due to lactose intolerance), and she gave him cheese anyway. My grandson wanted a plain pancake, and she put chocolate chips on it; so she had to make him another one. She was moving really slowly. The fruit that they had on the breakfast bar looked old and gross. The only good thing was the breakfast potatoes. The second day we went for breakfast, the man at the omelette station was rude and very slow. We didn't even bother going to breakfast after that. I get that they're trying to save on labor by hiring through the Americans with Disabilities Act, but they need to make sure that they have the right people in the right places. We upgraded from a different hotel so that we could have the Embassy Experience, but we did not get the experience that we are used to getting from Embassy. If we visit the St.Louis/St. Charles area again, I don't think we will stay at Embassy. The price is too high to get subpar service.
Beds are super comfy. I fell asleep right away. Nice room and layout. Appreciate the desk and separate entertaining area.
Geneva was super nice and swift during checkout. Room was super clean and spacious.
Geneva was great!
Thanks for the bubbles and gift for Lifetime Diamond.
That appreciation is why I stay at Hiltons.
Thanks!

This may be our go to hotel when we're in STL. The room was spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast was excellent. I have to give them a special shout out because they hire differently able people to work at the hotel.
Everything was wonderful but why are the drinking products ie Coke so high tho 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
The only thing that needs improvement is the parking
Easy to get to other areas of St Charles as well as to Saint Louis. Nice big rooms and good breakfast options. Except for grapefruit which was canned so added sugar.
Always a wonderful hotel to stay at, clean well organized rooms that are spacious for the price range. Only downside is rooms near the main elevators can hear the cables when the elevators are in use.

11/10 service and aesthetic. Coolest hotel Ive stayed in a while. Professional and kind. Felt like home.
Awesome hotel!!!
The buffet good was cold. I ordered from the cook, and he seemed frustrated. The clean-up crew were very impatient with the customers that were eating. They were rushing us to eat, so I don't think I will be eating in the dining area anymore.
Stayed for vacation trip 3 nights, room was never serviced. Also be aware small “seemingly unimportant” things may come up missing. Had an extra long changing cable for my cell phone plugged into the charging station by my bed. I left for the day and met housekeeping on the way out, the housekeeper asked if my room was ready to be serviced and I told her it was. I came back from my day and found my room not serviced, and my charging cable gone?! Called the front desk to explain the situation and the only thing they can say was that they’ll keep an eye out for it but since the room wasn’t serviced then they didn’t know why housekeeping would be in the room, but maybe another housekeeper would find it in the sheets?!
Very nice establishment overall. Typical atrium style Embassy Suites with separate living room and bedroom. I stayed here for two nights and everything went smooth. It was very busy during my stay with conference attendees and regular travelers. Considering how busy it was, everything ran smoothly including the breakfast and evening managers reception. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Another high point is that there is daily housekeeping and it does not have to be requested. The room was very clean as well. The only two small issues was that the water pressure was low in the shower and it was hard to find a parking spot later in the evening which was primarily due to the high number of guests during my stay. I would recommend staying here if in the area. Downtown St. Charles and Ameristar casino are very close by and about a 22 minute drive or so to downtown St. Louis.
