Firehouse is great, but this location sucks! They were out of roast beef so he told me he’d replace my sandwich with any of my choice, so I chose the Firehouse Steak and Cheese that’s supposed to come with caramelized onions and bell peppers, and they only put steak and cheese on here.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. This was my second visit and the young lady that helped us was great.

The customer service was outstanding. The young lady also helped me download the app and use a coupon.

This Firehouse Subs is a great place to get lunch or dinner. The people who work here are very friendly and provide great service! Delicious subs too!

Was out of just about everything. Was rebottled Aldi lemonade to their own jugs. Soda and ice machine was down, sweet tea was disgusting and they had no other drink options. I can not believe firehouse subs is letting this store operate like this.

I can't count the number of times this location has messed up and acted like nothing happened. Everything from terrible service, incorrect orders, incorrect order sizes, and of course the soda machine is constantly out of multiple options. All this would be fine if they corrected their mistakes but you're just met with blank stares or a quick dismissal of the issues. It's a great business with a great business model but this location sucks and I'll be avoiding it for the foreseeable future.

They were out of so many things…
Out of the to go boxes for the subs.
Out of pickles. (How is firehouse subs out of pickles?!?)
Practically out of chips with maybe half the top row with chips and the other 2 shelves empty.
Out of 20 oz bottles.

Bread was soggy and not toasted. Soooo much mayo on all the sandwiches we got same with Italian seasoning almost inedible.

Overall disappointing and not what I expected. Will not be back to this location specifically.

I have looked at other comments that have been put in the exact reasons I did and the “owner” replied saying they’re sorry and will fix it but it’s been 2 months of saying these things and nothing is done.

Want my money back.

Went to order. The cashier was immediately rude. She started talking real quiet and annoyed like she was upset we were there. Asked if I could pay with Apple Pay, she just repeatedly mumbled cash card, insert or swipe. Then we waited for 20 min. The shop was pretty busy, so not an issue, but when we got our sandwiches, no pickles, and untoasted firehouse bread which is without a doubt the driest bread I’ve ever tried to eat. It was nasty. Which sucks cause normally I love it. I don’t know if the toaster was broken, probably was but they didn’t say if it was or not which was the least they could do. When I asked for a box cause I figured I could toast it at home, the guy looked at me like I was stupid and asked me what size. I said large. He said we don’t have large. I said medium, he said we don’t have medium. I said any boxes. He said we don’t have any. I get it, it’s a restaurant job in a bad location with no stock and bad equipment, doesn’t mean you have to act horrible like you’re above being there and the people you’re serving. Horrible, do not go here. Plenty of better firehouses elsewhere.(11/26/2024)

my first and last time at this location .. when you walk in it smells bad.. like it needs to be air out or something. the workers there were lazy and unwelcoming, no “welcome to firehouse” after i ordered the workers talked about me in their language and were laughing. the food was not good it was made sloppy. i wouldn’t recommend this location at all. i never write reviews but this store needs some work

Online it says location is open until 9pm and bills itself as a “counter-serve sandwich chain”. I drive over and the door is locked at 5:20pm and 2 guys are behind the counter. I called and whoever answered said they were only doing online orders. Just wasted my time and I will not be back. I’ll drive to the other places that are more reliable.
*****I guess I should have read the recent reviews. 5 of the last 6 over the past two weeks have only been 1 star. That’s pretty telling about this location. On a side note I did go to Bellacino’s at the other end of the parking lot and had a great experience.

It was packed today, so I understand that there was a lot to chaos, but that does not excuse the service I received. They were out of everything, even sandwich boxes. They very poorly wrapped my sandwich in just paper. Not to mention, one of the meats on the sandwich isn't correct, is not cooked, bread is also not cooked. I got a Hook and Ladder with just mayonnaise, nothing else. Turkey Ham and Mayo, that's it. Should be easy. This is easily the worst sandwich I've ever had, and if I'm paying 17 dollars for a sandwich with just 3 ingredients on it I want it to be correct, I think that's fair. I wish I could have my money back because this sandwich is almost inedible because it just tastes so bad. Also forgot my pickle and had no choice of chips what so ever. Worst firehouse subs out there.

Good food but even better service. Berenice (that's how it's spelled) truly made me feel like a guest!

I guess this location has changed ownership but as of today we won't be coming back. Chip selection was bare, no brownies. My daughter ordered her usual turkey and said it tasted like ham and they didn't have pickles. I ordered the Italian salad and it looked like the lettuce was old and brown. Literally the only thing good here was the bag of chips and soda. Very very sad excuse of a firehouse subs.
