“I went thru the drive thru today 03/05, had the most pleasant young man named Jermaine. This is the 2nd time. The first time was on heat up St. Louis and under pressure. He was so cool so polite very friendly more restaurants customer service representative like this drive-through and in the dining room. I will come back just to have the nice smile.“
“Hubby and I had a craving for biscuits and gravy and have enjoyed Hardees in the past, so we made the trip over.
This location has a sign advising to use the kiosk to order, but an employee offered to help us, which we appreciated. They did have a special offer that wasn't shown (a 2 for $6) and Hubby asked about it and was able to order.
We both chose biscuits and gravy, we shared a hashbrown and he got a coffee. The food was hot and tasty and the order was accurate.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and all condiments were in place. I would definitely return!“
