So Sad- I ordered the number 10 chicken sandwich, as I was leaving I noticed they gave me a ham sandwich instead of chicken. I pulled back in and went inside ( could have been a honest mistake) however, they told me that they would exchange for my sandwich and when I got home it was another ham and cheese. Unfortunately, I don't like ham so basically I paid over $7 for a sandwich I didn't get. Check your orders before you leave!!!

I went through the drive through to order and I was the only customer. I had to pull up to wait for my food so I’m thinking, awesome! That probably means my fries will be hot and fresh! NOPE!! I waited for my food just to get cold fries and a COLD burger that looked like it was slapped together by a blind man. My bun was all crusty with so much mayo and ketchup on it that it was dripping everywhere. I threw it all away it was so bad. This location also has employees smoking weed out back which probably explains why my food was such garbage.

I went thru the drive thru today 03/05, had the most pleasant young man named Jermaine. This is the 2nd time. The first time was on heat up St. Louis and under pressure. He was so cool so polite very friendly more restaurants customer service representative like this drive-through and in the dining room. I will come back just to have the nice smile.

The man at the counter is always very friendly and professional. The food is always fresh and hot.
Good food , asked for ketchup and salt with a $10 order. Got none and there was nodody else in the store or in drive thru . 3/1/25 went for breakfast, they had me and 1 other car pull up ,we were the only cars there . Boy came out with 2 orders ,1 for each car and Still got the Order Wrong ! And they wonder why they're slow 😡

My experience started off in the parking lot, where a bad driver almost hit me with their Tesla. This driver was Bryant, the general manager here. Maybe he should take driving lessons.
The facility is dirty, with trash all over. None of the tables were clean.
At the counter, it seemed no one wanted to serve me, as if I was an inconvenience. Employees were standing around, doing nothing.
After a long wait, someone took my order, and was pleasant enough. Then my drink had to be filled behind the counter.
Obviously, this location does not want dine-in customers.
Altogether, this was a bad experience.

This past Saturday morning, my family and I decided we wanted Hardee's breakfast. We drove 20 minutes, just to get it. We are so glad we chose this one. The General Manager and his Assistant Manager, Jermaine, had the nicest mannered crew. The food was hot and fresh and it was overall a 5-star experience! Thank you and we will definitely be back to see you!
DO NOT EAT HERE! I don't understand how this restaurant is still open??? All the good reviews on here are a joke and are from friends and family of the employees. The owner or corporate should be ashamed to have this place open to the public. The food here is NOT EDIBLE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS! The employees are a joke and could not care less and the service is awful and they have no problem taking your money in exchange for what they themselves would NEVER eat! I want to see the owners and employees eat what they sell! It could be amazing food- it used to be but this crap doesn't even resemble food. The gravy at 8am is so thick it won't even come out of the bowl and the biscuit sandwiches are so old the cheese is hard and crusty and biscuits hard as a rock. Why do you think it's OK to serve people this to eat?? Is it laziness?
