Tyler was the only working and did an amazing job working drive thru and dine in customers..
I ordered online for pickup and I was shorted 2 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich was made incorrectly. Even fast food costs too much for this poor level of service anymore. I won't be returning.

Hubby and I had a craving for biscuits and gravy and have enjoyed Hardees in the past, so we made the trip over.
This location has a sign advising to use the kiosk to order, but an employee offered to help us, which we appreciated. They did have a special offer that wasn't shown (a 2 for $6) and Hubby asked about it and was able to order.
We both chose biscuits and gravy, we shared a hashbrown and he got a coffee. The food was hot and tasty and the order was accurate.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and all condiments were in place. I would definitely return!

To lady at the window and the general manager you both need classes it's not rude to ask what soda is what if you can't see what is punch on the lid and also to the general manager if I want a refund because you are rude I will get it point blank glad I got you on video saying nothing will be done
