The burger did nt have a charbroiled flavor but a burned flavor. I sent back the first burger and they gladly made me another but it was hard, dry, and burned as well. I ate it, because I had other things on my schedule, but I will not eat at this location again.

$15.82 for a cold, dry burger, curly fries, and a soda?!!! Store manager said it was not her problem and refused to give me contact information for the owners, said “Have a blessed day”. Please sell this Hardee’s store located at 2023 Zumbehl road in St. Charles, Mo so that someone else could run a restaurant here that strives to serve the residents and guests of this area with a fair deal and courteous service.

Came to hardies to eat and the store was cold and noticed the air conditioner was on. My food was cold, i had a sausage and biscuit hash browns and tea my wife had buscuits and gravy and tea....We really like your tea, but the food sucked and we threw threw the food away... I will never eat there again... And yes we dined in but it was so cold we could not take our coats off...it was when we left we noticed that it was warmer outside then it was inside...

I mean come on whoever is back there making burgers tell them that we don’t like eat a straight ketchup and mayo burger , that’s literally all it is lettuce tomato onion and pickles with about 2 oz of ketchup and mayo in the burger to the point it’s dripping all over soggy burger falling apart , if it’s a burger joint make burgers right please it’s horrible

The customer service here is subpar. The employees are either tired, unhappy or both. They have “handmade lemonades” on the menu, but don’t have them anymore. Also, they ran out of ranch and I bought chicken sandwiches and chicken strips for my kids who love ranch. I’m hoping this place gets managed better soon. It USED to be a favorite of mine.

We've had good experiences here in the past but this wasn't 1 of them. I ordered a Frisco burger & a beef Taco. My wife ordered a cheese quesadilla. We were in a hurry so we didn't check the order. When we got home we didn't get the Frisco burger at all & we got a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese one. My wife doesn't like their chicken quesadillas. So I had the quesadilla, she had the taco, & we both had to dig into leftovers for more to eat.
