Honey Bee Tea - St. Charles

I used to love coming here, but a couple weeks ago I got a mango slush and felt sick not too long after. I came with a group and almost everybody felt like crap after we had our drinks, even the people who didn’t finish theirs. A couple days went by and I still felt awful so I checked myself into the doctor’s office and got diagnosed with E.Coli. A few other people in the group also experienced symptoms and will be seeing doctors soon.
This was the only place we could have picked it up from and as much as I hate to say it, I don’t think I’ll be back.
If anyone else gets sick after coming here, get yourselves checked.

Great tea!!! Rich and creamy, I like it. It is one of the best places. It is a little expensive, and I wish they could have small size cups for all flavors, not only for kids, because I never finish

Don't offer curbside pickup if you aren't actually going to do it. Ordered curbside using their website (which is also advertised on the sign outside of the store), pulled up infront of the building by the curbside with my hazards on like the instructions said. It had been the full 15 minutes that it said. I go to call the store and it immediately goes to an automated message that a voicemail system hadn't been set up yet. The number matched the one listed on the website, Google page and receipt that was emailed to me. I called multiple times and was met with the same message. I waited by the curbside. Right infront of the store where the windows face out. Another 15 minutes go by with noone coming out. My daughter goes in to ask for the drinks which the workers apparently couldn't even find where they put them. My daughter comes out with the drinks, she wasn't given a straws and my drink didn't even come with the boba!!!! If I wanted a basic strawberry smoothie then I could have gotten one cheaper somewhere else. I didn't pay extra for any toppings but I'm pretty sure there was supposed to be Boba on the bottom. Truly an absolute waste of money. I very much regret tipping 30% .

Delicious boba tea and very good service. My mom and I love coming here once or twice a month and its a nice treat.

They never have the waffles anytime I go in there. But everytime I get boba it’s always good!

Friendly staff. I believe it's family run. The have a cute interior vibe and their boba tea is always good.

I usually get the Okinawa Milk Tea with brown sugar boba. Almost every time.

When I walked in no one greeted me or came to the counter for a good couple minutes I was so confused. I got the Hong Kong Egg Waffle and it was hard like a rock on outer part but so soggy in the middle. It was also flat like pancake but the picture looks “bubbly”. It was soaked with syrup which I didn’t know came on it I thought just boba. The Okinawa milk tea with crème brûlée s7 just tasted like chocolate milk and it was 99% ice. Maybe the other drinks are better i don’t know. Also no forks so it was very messy and sticky.

We have been here once before when they first opened and I absolutely loved it and left a great review five stars. We went back a few days ago. I’ve been looking forward to it all day since they are expensive and it’s only a treat I can have every now and again. we walked in behind another couple and watched them apparently order on the kiosk and then go to pick up the order so we go to the kiosk and start placing our order. behind us A family of six comes in and starts looking at the menu near the front. When we get done at the kiosk and go to pay The kiosk shuts down. We try several more times and it won’t let us pay. I speak to the gentleman behind the counter who had been within 2 feet of us the entire time and go hey I think the kiosk is broken and he tells me it’s been broken all day and I’m just standing there like we just spent 10 minutes ordering nobody could’ve told us that and I started to get a little upset because now we’re expected to get at the back of the line behind all the people that came in after us, not one person in there could’ve told us that the kiosk was broken or anybody else who had went through there and then we had to get back in line. I didn’t feel like waiting another 25 to 30 minutes to get the order. We just drove to the other place in Saint Peter’s. I don’t think I’ll ever be back here again. I’m in customer service and I would never treat people like that.

Two indian girls lied about the bathroom being out of order every time I go into the store even though I've seen them and other customers use it. But not for me apparently. 3x I wanted tea and couldn't wait for their ridiculously long prep times without a bathroom. I'm 9m pregnant. Do better. You're ruining a good business.
