Honey Bee Boba is a hidden gem for boba lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and patient staff. One worker, in particular, went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect drink, guiding me through the menu and offering suggestions based on my preferences. Their recommendations were spot-on! The boba itself is top-notch—amazingly fresh and perfectly chewy, adding the right texture to every sip.

All of my friends who came with me were equally impressed. Every drink we ordered was delicious, from the fruit teas to the milk teas. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, not too sweet but incredibly satisfying. Honey Bee Boba has definitely earned a place on our go-to list for bubble tea. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Had a bad experience last time but decided to give them another try, but unfortunately same experience. The people making the boba have no idea what they’re doing. I paid $1.25 to add boba, drink came and I could literally count 6 boba in there. I asked her can I get a normal amount, and the lady said she did put in boba. I asked to please give me a normal amount, not 6 so she got confused. When they were remaking it, it clearly looked like they were pretty much out of boba, after scooping up 7 times, she was able to give me a normal amount. Clearly the 1 “scoop” she put of 6 boba was not enough. I had another milk tea drink where they added so much sugar that I had to come home and add milk myself to make it somewhat tolerable to drink. Unfortunately the workers just don’t know what they’re doing and the quality of drinks and customer service shows, esp for $10/drink. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been here everyday for the past week , i’ve known about this place for a while and for some reason i’m hooked to it. They’re so nice , they communicate well and ofc the boba is great every time ! These ladies deserve more credit , there’s always one lady who I see a lot that’s working. She’s very sweet and she’s usually the one who makes my drink. Great job to them !

The Okinawa Milk Tea was good, but absolutely not $10 good. There are quite a lot of places you can get great boba without paying $1.50 for boba. Gouging has gotten out of control.

The service is quite slow. It took almost 20 minutes for three orders. They have a great selection. Although the prices are in the expensive side. I’ll probably be back though since the family likes their bobba.

1. Every type of tea we've tried was very good. 2. It is pricey. 3. The service very apathetic. 4. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD. We were given a gift card and used it one time, which left a balance on it. The next time we tried to use it, the card was declined. We had saved the receipt and could show them the remaining balance, but the employees were not helpful. They texted their manager, but again, no help.
EDIT: Gift card issue was resolved! Still not a fan of the gift card system but appreciate the effort.

Ok so I live in St Charles and seen this place before but never really knew about it. I looked at the reviews and reading those made me want to try. I walked in and expressed immediately that this was my first time here and that the typical flavors I gravitate towards are vanilla , caramel and mango. I knew I wanted to try something milky just based off the reviews. The customer service was meh, idk if they were new but it would have been nice to hear more about the company or at least have knowledge about the different types of drinks. I was the only one there so it's not like they didn't have time. I finally just asked which one is better between the mango milk tea and the tiger sugar one. I went with the mango milk tea. It's pretty good. I probably could have done without the black bobas, tho. If I come back, I'd probably be a bit more prepared with doing the research on my own. The strawberry matcha latte looks pretty good, so I may order that next.
