Customer service not that good. They will stand there and talk to each other & not even give you a simple hello. But those gooey butter cake cookies are worth it lol

Ridiculous. Girl at the counter took the next customer instead of getting our milkshake out with our cookies. So we just stood around waiting - with no other customers - for 20 minutes. The cookies are way over priced and not that great. Don’t offer milkshakes if you can’t handle putting ice cream and some cookies in a blender. Terrible experience.

Stopped in for a cookie after dinner on Beale St. We got the gooey butter cake cookie and it was good. It could have been warmer…they weren’t super fresh out of the oven and I could tell they had been sitting. Fine for a sweet snack after dinner but nothing amazing.

lowkey the worst milkshake i ever had. the texture was awful. i added in two cookies with vanilla ice cream for $9, it took 25 minutes to get out one milkshake. (we came at 10pm) we also had a cookie and ice cream sandwhich, it wasn’t bad. so upset about the wait and quality of the milkshake.

For $37, you too can get a birthday cake that looks like this. For starters, birthday is not even spelled correctly. It looks like a first grade art project. Also, rather than a cake its just a spider web of cookies pressed together. This so bad that it is almost funny if it weren't so pricey.

Ordered a 12 pack of cookies to be delivered. Paid the extra $3 to have them individually wrapped and they did not arrive individually wrapped. Cookies were really good, but they robbed me of my $3 lol

I love your cookies.. but major customer service fail. I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday this weekend. When I pull up to the location, it’s locked and no one is there on Saturday. Tried again later, still locked. No one is there and no sign posted. Called the number on the door, line is not in use for that Kirkwood posted phone number.
I had to call around to other locations and told that maybe their oven was broken??!! Didn’t inform me nor transfer my order to another location. Another location offered to make it for me, which I appreciated even though it meant four plus hours after the scheduled pickup. Otherwise, my money would have been taken with nothing to show for it and nothing for my son’s birthday.

Michele and her crew were SPECTACULAR, and really came through in the clutch for our huge group order. There was a hang-up with the online ordering system (not location-specific, just the general Hot Box website), and my order of 250 cookies made more than 24 hours beforehand was only given to the Streets of STC location 15 minutes before the pick-up time. After calling me and discussing some options, Michele and her crew went WAY above and beyond to pull every cookie they could and bake dozens upon dozens more to complete my order...all while still serving the customers in the store. They threw in some bonus cookies for me, and helped me load my car. I was still able to make it in time for the event, and everyone loved the cookies. I can't say enough about them! THANK YOU, Michele and St Charles location crew!
