Friendly, helpful service. When I needed to double a large order within a couple hours of when it was scheduled to be picked up, they were able to accommodate my request with no issues. The lady even helped me carry them to my car. The cookies are still warm! I will be using them again.

Ok come back after we try the cookies. First impression....a little pricey but probably a great novelty gift to be shipped. The store smelled amazing and the counter lady was nice.

The 6 classic cookies we got were alright, but 4.50 for a premium that was completely raw on the inside is pretty ridiculous. We did arrive late, so I didn’t return inside, but the cashier was rude and wouldn’t have been helpful anyways. Not worth the money, easier to just buy premade ones that taste better anyway.

My family and I frequent this particular Hot Box. Today when I walked in at 6:57pm, the “OPEN” light was on and there was a couple in front of me. Shortly after one of the workers came and locked the box, that’s what prompted me to look at the paper with the hours on it. So due to the fact the worker smiled and walked off I thought I could be serviced, only to stand in line an additional 6 mins get to the cashier she is leaning over the counter and I ask for my order.. she says oh we don’t have any. Yes it was my fault because I should have paid more attention to the paper hours sign, but someone could have and should have made me aware that they had slim pickings.

I had the oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip both were amazing and they were the perfect temp. I will say they were a little on the high side for pricing.

Really good cookies however I do wish they took cash as I didn't have my card on me I was lucky I had tap to pay also they are a bit overpriced I payed 24 for 6 cookies also the sea salt caramel cookie lacked the sea salt it had the caramel but not the salt but otherwise really good

Customer service not that good. They will stand there and talk to each other & not even give you a simple hello. But those gooey butter cake cookies are worth it lol

Ridiculous. Girl at the counter took the next customer instead of getting our milkshake out with our cookies. So we just stood around waiting - with no other customers - for 20 minutes. The cookies are way over priced and not that great. Don’t offer milkshakes if you can’t handle putting ice cream and some cookies in a blender. Terrible experience.

Stopped in for a cookie after dinner on Beale St.
We got the gooey butter cake cookie and it was good. It could have been warmer…they weren’t super fresh out of the oven and I could tell they had been sitting. Fine for a sweet snack after dinner but nothing amazing.

lowkey the worst milkshake i ever had. the texture was awful. i added in two cookies with vanilla ice cream for $9, it took 25 minutes to get out one milkshake. (we came at 10pm) we also had a cookie and ice cream sandwhich, it wasn’t bad. so upset about the wait and quality of the milkshake.
