Michele and her crew were SPECTACULAR, and really came through in the clutch for our huge group order. There was a hang-up with the online ordering system (not location-specific, just the general Hot Box website), and my order of 250 cookies made more than 24 hours beforehand was only given to the Streets of STC location 15 minutes before the pick-up time. After calling me and discussing some options, Michele and her crew went WAY above and beyond to pull every cookie they could and bake dozens upon dozens more to complete my order...all while still serving the customers in the store. They threw in some bonus cookies for me, and helped me load my car. I was still able to make it in time for the event, and everyone loved the cookies. I can't say enough about them! THANK YOU, Michele and St Charles location crew!
In town for a funeral. We were across the street unable to enjoy our alcoholic drink in the building b/c it was very busy. Spotted this gem looking out the window. After acquiring our adult beverage, walked across the street and discovered the tastiness this store had to offer. Friendly service! Good variety of classic and newish cookies. Took them home (hotel) in a box and enjoyed them next to the pool with a banana Dave. Too full for shakes ☹️
If you see this prior to ordering, do not use the online ordering system if you are more than 7 miles away. Their system will not tell you it’s outside the delivery mileage. They say they cancel the order, but they don’t and the charge still posts to your account. They say they will refund you and in my experience, they have not refunded me. I’ll be contacting the BBB.Also if you decide to go in to get cookies, beware that they don’t have any ready or they just don’t feel like baking any to get rid of what’s already available.Update: it’s been two weeks and 3 phone conversations, still no refund.

Hot Box Cookies is a Hot Mess Company! I ordered cookies online December 26, 2023. I used PayPal to pay. When I did not receive an email from the company I thought I should call to make sure my order was received. I only received an email from PayPal. The charge went on my credit card, but no confirmation email ever showed up in my email inbox. I had to call several locations before they could locate my online order, which they said went to their national order line. Whatever that is. Since I wanted my order the same day they recommended that order be canceled, and placed again with the location that would be in my delivery area, the one in St. Charles on Beale Street. I did that. Then, I got a call from someone at the Beale Street store saying I am out of their delivery area, therefore, it would cost me an extra $7 to get my order delivered. WTH? I told the girl to just cancel. The whole situation was ridiculous AND A WASTE OF TIME. I would not recommend ordering online with this company because their ordering system is terrible. Such a complete waste of time. NOW, I am having to wait on two refunds. Although I told her to cancel my order, guess who has to call back again because the order was not delivered nor cancelled. A HOT MESS!!! Terrible customer service. Horrible ordering system. Ugh!

We ordered cookies to be delivered for a corporate holiday gift.The hotbox St. Charles team was fast respond, accommodated, our large request in a short period of time and even charged a very reasonable delivery fee to make sure the cookies got to their intended destination.It was more difficult to deliver than we had anticipated, but the hotbox team went the extra mile, literally, to make sure that, our partner was taken care of and the team received their delicious treats.Really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and we look forward to using them again in the future!

The cookie shakes are amazing and the people are nice, place is currently being renovated but still looks amazing. Highly recommend. Are wait was long because staff did not come for 5 min, but after that it was fast.
Fresh and warm cookies at 10:45pm! They were wrapped with a bow for an extra birthday touch. The staff were very friendly and the cookies were fantastic! We got choc chip, choc cookie white choc chip, red velvet and gooey butter. The best were the choc chip and gooey butter, but they were all incredible! Maybe a few $ too much, but worth the treat.
