I stopped at this location and they are always understaffed which I understand but what I don't understand is Staff working in their street clothes staff not wearing gloves some staff wearing gloves when they're preparing the food and then coming up to the register with the same gloves on. Staff walking on the line on their personal cell phone while grabbing food for customers.

These restaurants keep telling us to pull forward. Does this reduce their time of service? Has upper management not caught on to this tactic and realized that service is still slow? The guy who helped me was extremely nice and I like all the employees at this location

Absolute garbage. Wait 30 to 40 minutes in drive through.. watch employees dancing rather than working with people not in uniform. Food is cold and gross. You should consider paying enough to get decent employees. I loved jack in the box until I moved to Missouri.

The rating is harsh, but only because their operating hours are unclear. I'm assuming this location is permantly closed. Other than that, everything else in the past has been great.

We'd seen jack in the boxes in the city near where we live, but we never tried it until we went on a trip to illinois. Have to say, this one didn't disappoint! Affordable and delicious, and the Hershey bites were so good!!
Every time I come here I wait an unusual amount of time. They always close lobby early and 3 times now I have went through drive thru when they were clearly open and noone ever helped or came to intercom. Long lines, and not the best customer service. Fast food shouldn’t take this long.

Mmmmmm they took our order. Then told us to wait. Then made us repeat it. We were the only car in the drive thru. Seemed not well organized. Place was not busy. Sad face. Was looking forward to it.

my boyfriend and i got dinner from there last night. he got tacos and i got the bacon cheeseburger. we both have been up through the night throwing up. definitely got food poisoning from here. food must not be cooked right. very disappointing. had to miss work over this.

Waited to order in the drive thru for like 15-20 minutes. They did apologize for the wait. Waited another 15 minutes for food. It was hot but we got the wrong burger. Friendly service though.
