I went to Jack in the Box yesterday and was a little disappointed in my experience. I go and order loaded tiny tacos. I wait for my food and I grab it from the woman at the front. I open the box to see that it was lazily made. There was hardly any cheese and there was none of the sauce that’s usually on it. I go up to the woman at the front and asked her if so could have some more cheese and some of the sauce with it. She doesn’t say anything and just takes it back. They add more cheese and sauce to it and I say thank you with no response. I eat the food and it was good. However, there was no reason for the workers to be annoyed with me over something they did and they should’ve put more care into making my food. I also saw a woman with a cigarette in her mouth by some of the food which to me is a hazard. It’s one thing to smoke but she should’ve smoked outside and threw the cigarette away before going near the food. It doesn’t seem like any of the workers care about their job or the paycheck which is honestly sad and I think there should be improvements made in this restaurant.

Tonight 10/16/25, 8:35pm I was told at the drive through that they were unable to take any orders due to being short staffed. There were no other customers waiting nor were any customers inside. However I noticed what appeared to be 2 employees chitchatting in the kitchen. I’d figure that 2 people could manage to prepare 1 meal to serve a customer. Just wondering how many more customers they already had turned away. I rather spend my money with someone who is willing to earn a paycheck.

Tacos only... Just be drunk (passenger) and get tacos. Whole experience made me just laugh and shake my head. The fry cook should probably close the fridge door every now and then 😂 nonsense. The food was wrong and awful.

To receive one burger and one fry, I waited 15 minutes and upon receiving my food, my French fries were cold and when I went inside. Because I waited out front for my food. They were all inside laughing and playing around. And not doing their job. Should be closed down honestly workers are terrible

Came in today and apparently one of the cooks walked off the job so the food took forever which was ok. But getting home and splitting the food up I realized I was missing an entire meal. My kids had their food but I had nothing. I was missing tacos and a burger. The burger for my child had NO condiments on it so it was dry. My daughter’s meal box had the wrong sandwich with it and the two tacos it came with….she gave me one and they tasted like chemicals. I spit it out and got sick. Something isn’t right. So 30.00 of food that went straight to the trash. Oh and the two dr. Peppers tasted flat and like diluted soda. Complete waste!!!!

We didn’t have food because they closed early. All the lights are on and it says open but the lady said they were closed and no longer taking orders.

My boyfriend and I literally got there at 9pm tonight. We pulled in, two ladies were outside didn’t say anything then we get to the ordering spot. With a harsh tone says “WERE CLOSED”. Do better. It says they are open till 10pm. Plus there was a car at the window. Fix your hours or get your ducks in a row. Thanks.

The app is a joke. It doesn't process your order are the charges your credit card. The manager on duty is dismissive, and customer service on the phone with no help. Somewhat insulting actually saying my app wasn't up to date are there is an issue with my bank. I update my device daily, and my method of payment is a Visa gold card.
So I ordered on my app with sonic, processed perfectly, and all it took was a drive across the street.
