I want to first say that every time I have been to Jack in the Box Customer service have been great very informative even though I didn't want to hear that they were not taking orders anymore well people gotta get home to their family also . The young lady with the pink hair is very friendly

Drive thru worker literally eating as she took my card and handed me my food, as well as being extremely rude and dismissive. As someone in food service I get needing to eat, but at least don’t do it in front of customers & while handling their belongings + food.

The food is usually good. The inside of the restaurant is dirty and the workers are inside the dining room sitting while all the tables need to be cleaned.

Fast Food at its best. I have always enjoyed Jack in the Box. This location is better than some, and looks like it's improving. Had an awesome experience with a clean and friendly staff.

My family had never had Jack in the Box so we placed a mobile order for lunch today. I put it in, paid for it, and selected drive-thru. Simple, right? Wrong.
I spent twenty minutes in the drive-thru, during which no one even talked to me through the speaker, kept a good attitude because stuff happens, and then when I finally got to the window and explained that I just had a mobile order to pick up, the staff had the attitudes of people who would rather be working the line in a prison cafeteria than working there. I waited another 15 minutes and our order was all messed up in one way or another. They left out a coffee but I didn't want to sit there and be treated like that anymore so I left without it, one sandwich was wrong, the other had a huge eggshell in it, and all of the sides were cold like they had been made at 7am and had just been sitting there for the past five hours.
Overall, we are willing to give the restaurant another chance but never at this location again. I recommend spending your time and money at one of the other, friendlier places on Elm.

I ordered tiny tacos and a grilled chicken sandwich for delivery and only got the tacos and a ton of condiments, I did not receive the sandwich. I didn’t even get the condiments I requested. Terrible service and I can’t even get ahold of anyone for a refund. I just paid $20 for a few mini tacos and a bunch of condiments I don’t need! So dissatisfied.
