Jalea is a wonderful restaurant for anyone who loves Peruvian cuisine with a modern twist or would like to try something new. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! An absolute symphony of flavors! Everything was cooked to perfection. The drinks were delicious. The owner was exceedingly friendly and genuinely happy to see us. Definitely one of my favorite places!
