Ordered a pizza online during their open hours. It processed. I went to pick it up at the time of order on Fri early evening, and it was locked up and closed!

Will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I placed an order at 4:05ish P.M. on Friday, October 10th. It said on their website that they opened at 4:00 P.M., allowed us to place an order, the transaction went through and we received a confirmation email. The confirmation email said the pizza would be ready to be picked up at 4:39 P.M. When we went to go pick up the pizza, the place was closed. The open sign was on but the doors were locked and the lights were off. We stood outside for 10-15 minutes. We called multiple times as we were outside AND knocked on the door. We called multiple times on the way home to cancel the order. Still no answer. At 4:45 P.M., they finally called us back. They told us that they opened a little late but our order was ready. At this point we had already ordered pizza from a different restaurant. We asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. We told them we had the email and photos and a video of the restaurant doors being locked and the lights being off. They refused and eventually hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Just had the most amazing pizza at Jalisco Pizza! The crust was absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy and chewy. I also tried their Sweet Salad and it was a flavor explosion! Highly recommend this place for a fantastic pizza experience.

Found this place by chance after a quick search. My family and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was top tier playing good movies and the food was amazing. Fresh mozzarella sticks with a homemade sauce. We had a half and half birria and pepperoni extra cheese pizza it was delicious.

I went here the other day with my friends and it's a nice small place. I had a small Jalisco pizza and some mozzarella sticks. The pizza was pretty good, especially with the salsa Verde and consommé, and it was still great the next day after I reheated my leftovers. Definitely recommend anyone who gets the same pizza to put salsa Verde on it. Also I liked that the mozzarella sticks' breading is non-messy, it's more of a crust instead of breadcrumbs which was a pleasant surprise. The lady there who waited on us was very nice; I'm unsure if she was working alone that day since I didn't see anyone else but either way she did an amazing job.
