Love the food here. Best around for great quick bite. Wish they had more locations. Price is higher but for what you get it's worth it. Service is always top notch and the order never has a problems.

This place is like Dr Jykl and Mr Hyde to me. I have a specialty order due to a food allergy and sometimes I go there for a pickup and its in and out. No time flat. Every other time I end up waiting 15 to 30 minutes past my pickup ti.e as everyone else's orders bump mine back. Not to mention the time they made every other sandwich in my order and forgot mine in which I had to return to the store and then once again wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. I never know what I am going to get and that doesn't motivate me to return often. Hell the only reason I went today was Firehouse was out of GF again for like the 3rd visit in a row. Sandwiches are still good though. So kudos to that.

Busy location. Parking was terrible. Staff members were fine. There was a car accident outside, some staff were more concerned about the accident and not making sandwiches. Other locations are better but this isn't the worst. Always good food

Almost no meat and tons of bread. $28 for the larger sub size and bottled water. Total rip off!

Today, Tuesday, 6-08-2025 was my first time ever in a Jersy Mike's but will not be my last. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Cheese sub. It was by far the best tasting sub I've ever had.
Service was very friendly and fast as well.

A favorite of ours for Saturday lunch. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. We usually order the Italian and it always tastes fresh!

I absolutely love the subs but today service was lousy. Sign stated hot honey mini 40 cents. I never tried it so I asked for it on the side. After looking at me like I had 2 heads I pointed to the sign. She looked at the sign then retrieved a container. She put 1 squirt into the container and charged me 75 cents. Employees learn your products and prices.

Friendly, very slow. 5 staff members there, only 3 working. Very inefficient. A little light on the roast beef, sandwich before mine received twice as much meat.

We live very close to this location so we have ordered quite a few times. The food is normally pretty good but the service is so inconsistent. Tonight I ordered pick up and when I got there the pick up shelf was empty and there was one other person waiting. Someone came in after me and asked if I was waiting for pick up which I said I was and he asked if they would put it on the pick up shelf and I said I assume so since the app says to go to the pick up shelf. After sitting there waiting for 15 mins he finally goes and asks and turns out all the pick up bags are on the counter behind the pick up shelf. It’s fine if they don’t want to use the pickup shelf but can you put a sign up stating to ask for your order? At least 2 different employees looked over at the 3 of us clearly standing around waiting an never asked our names or if we had an order.

I typically love this location, but had a pretty frustrating experience today. My coworker and I each placed an online pickup order, but when I arrived, there was a sign on the door that they were closed due to inclement weather. There's less than an inch of snowfall, but that's fine, I respect businesses that prioritize their employee's safety. But don't you think the person that made the decision to close and posted a sign on the door, could have thought to turn off online orders, so that people don't go out in this weather only to find out that the trip was in vain? I'm assuming that they will refund my credit card, but surely I'm not the only loyal customer that was impacted.
