I like Jimmy John’s for a quick sandwich on the go but this location has a hard time getting simple orders right. I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and it has never been cut in half. Today I asked for one of the sandwiches to have to have no onions or tomatoes and got home and it had both on there. It’s like they didn’t even listen.

Ordered a sub and side for delivery after an hour of waiting I called to check on it they said it would be delivered soon. My tracker said it was delivered but they must have had the wrong house so I called they acted like I was lying about it and then told me not to call their store again because I was out of the service area even though I have had it delivered like 10x before over the years. I was never rude or anything but they sure were.

They never get my order right, it takes upwards of 30 minutes to get one sandwich delivered no matter what time of day, and they are rude when you try to tell them. Absolutely awful experiences at this location.

The order hadn't arrived in 45 mins so i called The GM says So for some reason my order didnt go through Didnt get a call or txt or email so i will never patronize a Jimmy John's again oh yeah my card got charged says its a hold because of the online problem

Took almost an hour for me to get my sandwich then they were rude to me when I called them to find out where my sandwich was, the ice in my soda was melted. My sandwich was soggy, and the manager laughed at me. It’s a shame that they have to act that way. I spend almost $40 each time I order from Jimmy John’s. I will definitely never order from this location again.

Drive thru girl if my sandwich will be cut in half. It was regular gurguaian. She said yes but it was not cut at all. I always want sandwich cut in half. I save half till the next day. It seemed short. I use get them a JJ lot off Dorsett near where I use to live at Dorsett and Midland .and in Florrissant where my daughter and I go to gym to ride bike and work out. Now I live in St Charles try to get there since I found one At Zumbehl and 94.
