Your app desperately needs to be reworked. Forced me to input my info over and over just for this store to close deliveries 15 minutes early once it finally went through. Not very professional.

Edit: on may 27 2025 5:35pm, the worker had us repeat our order 4 times, nearly forgot our card, and handed us each individual item without a bag. GET IT TOGETHER. Dude was on heroin or something

Food's sub par. But it's a sandwich shop what do you expect. They have good lunch meat decent bread but their Customer service could use help. And when I order $50 in food and you tell me you can break a hundred what am I supposed to do Walk around with a bunch of twenties. There was less change than the amount of money I was gonna give you. I won't be back This is the type of thing that loses customers. You should be able to take my money if I have it. I can go order some boar's Head and subs from schnucks I don't have to eat your food If you don't want to take my money.

Came in 50 minutes before close tonight and the woman working the counter was so rude: made us wait for her to count her drawer with hostility. I ordered my usual and she laughed at me when she said they no longer sold the spicy mustard and then made a snide comment to MY mother about me, insinuating I had too many accommodations... I have food allergies and just need to remove the provelone and mayonnaise.

This place is honestly a joke. My order was incorrect , I called to speak to a manager and was on hold over 10 minutes . On my lunch so I don’t have much time ! I hung up and typed up an email on JIMMY JOHNS WEBSITE. A manager later contacted me apologetic and let me know I would be refunded. That was 3/13. Its now April and STILL no refund. This location is terrible, the food wasn’t worth the price. It was sloppy , order incorrect no chips , drink not full. You expect more for over 20$ for ONE sandwich.

I like Jimmy John’s for a quick sandwich on the go but this location has a hard time getting simple orders right. I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and it has never been cut in half. Today I asked for one of the sandwiches to have to have no onions or tomatoes and got home and it had both on there. It’s like they didn’t even listen.

Ordered a sub and side for delivery after an hour of waiting I called to check on it they said it would be delivered soon. My tracker said it was delivered but they must have had the wrong house so I called they acted like I was lying about it and then told me not to call their store again because I was out of the service area even though I have had it delivered like 10x before over the years. I was never rude or anything but they sure were.

They never get my order right, it takes upwards of 30 minutes to get one sandwich delivered no matter what time of day, and they are rude when you try to tell them. Absolutely awful experiences at this location.
