Went to Jimmy John’s today. Sat in drive through for a few minutes, no one came over intercom. Workers inside staring at me. Drove around tried to order again no one came through. Woman in car pulled up behind me to order, she got tired of waiting and left. Female employees staring at me with RBFs’. Walked in as girl who has been there the longest looks at me as if she wants to fight. I said are you aware your drive through isn’t working?! She started muttering with a short blond and tall one who has been there for years said she couldn’t find the head piece. The new girl picked it off the counter and said “this?” The new girl has purple hair and seemed normal and was nice. The one that has been there at least a year glared at me. In the mean time a man was sitting in drive through I told my son to tell him it isn’t working and that’s when the employee found the headset on the counter in plain sight. I won’t be back. They lost two customers. They were not wanting to work and literally ignored their job. Pathetic!

Currently waiting 37 minutes for my 2 sandwich order. Was told I couldn’t talk to the manager because she was cleaning. Manager on duty was super rude when she did finally come to the phone, also said she didn’t need to give me her name. I was told they have one driver, like that’s the customers fault?

It's unfortunate that so many people leave rude and judgmental reviews about this Jimmy John's. Perhaps that's why they experience poor service. I go here roughly once a week, sometimes twice if I forget to grab my lunch. I've had nothing but great experiences every time. The service is quick, and my food is always fresh and cold. What more could I ask for?

Wherever the "fast & friendly" JJ's are, this is NOT one of them. Always understaffed (by children) who are clearly high. Whatever mods you requested, forget em. And the excessively loud trap music sucks. Save money and go to Jersey Mikes for better grub.

I bought a BLT. The bacon was mostly uncooked. REALLY? Good way to make people sick. Is it so hard to cook bacon until it’s fairly crisp? Disappointing. And a waste of my money. NOT HAPPY. That is one of the reasons why I rarely buy from Jimmy John’s.
The guy with the long greasy hair and no teeth stunk, he scared my children. He was muttering to himself the e tire time about being an internet pot influencer but that's not happening with a face like that.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE! I got a beach club and as I was chewing I noticed a long disgusting brunette hair half way in my mouth and halfway in the rest of the untouched sandwich. I mean this hair was wedged in there.. google reviews won’t let you share videos so I attached screenshots of me trying to pull it out. immediately spit my food out and almost threw up.. ruined my appetite guess no dinner for me tonight. Hoping to get a refund.

I ordered 3 sandwiches waited an hour said it was delivered food never showed up at our doorstep.. I called multiple times there was no answer so I decided to drive there. When i got there our food was sitting in the corner might I remind you it said it was already delivered… tried to tell us our food was still in progress but couldn’t tell us why it was already saying delivered.. would never order from here again so disappointed… never offered a refund for our delivery or tip or nothing for our inconvenience..

On multiple occasions now we have ordered food to be delivered from this location and they took at minimum an hour to deliver, on top of that, the order has been wrong multiple times. Was told I’d receive a refund for the time before this one and it never happened, which should have been my sign. Anyways, order at your own risk

Took over an hour to get my food. I got multiple items that were soggy. Everything was unlabeled and nothing was what I had asked for. This is the fourth time it has been this long to get my order. This is FRIDICULOUS!
