DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE! I got a beach club and as I was chewing I noticed a long disgusting brunette hair half way in my mouth and halfway in the rest of the untouched sandwich. I mean this hair was wedged in there.. google reviews won’t let you share videos so I attached screenshots of me trying to pull it out. immediately spit my food out and almost threw up.. ruined my appetite guess no dinner for me tonight. Hoping to get a refund.

I ordered 3 sandwiches waited an hour said it was delivered food never showed up at our doorstep.. I called multiple times there was no answer so I decided to drive there. When i got there our food was sitting in the corner might I remind you it said it was already delivered… tried to tell us our food was still in progress but couldn’t tell us why it was already saying delivered.. would never order from here again so disappointed… never offered a refund for our delivery or tip or nothing for our inconvenience..

On multiple occasions now we have ordered food to be delivered from this location and they took at minimum an hour to deliver, on top of that, the order has been wrong multiple times. Was told I’d receive a refund for the time before this one and it never happened, which should have been my sign. Anyways, order at your own risk

The best Jimmy johns I have ever been too. The staff was amazing and smiley. There was this one very pretty girl named Kenna and she was so sweet and talked to me for a while. They really do treat customers like family here. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Spoke with “shift lead” to share my concerns about the employee rolling his eyes and saying “JESUS CHRIST!” as I picked up my drive-thru order and she was terrible too. Tried to defend the other. Appeared to be 3 people working (all teens or close to)… 1 was pleasant, 2 (including shift lead) were awful. I’m at this location weekly and this is the first time this has happened. I was shocked, angry and disappointed with the service I received.

Ordered 2 wraps for delivery.Took over 30 min to get the food.Missing one of the wraps, picked the wrong type of chips and didn't include straws for the drinks.Called the store and they said it would be another 30 min to correct.No thanks! Won't be ordering again!
