Another's overpriced coffee shop. Expensive with drink sizes too small for the price. I do like the Chesterfield location better because you can actually go inside and sit down and have an experience.

You ask for something and they give you something else. I don't understand what they mean, but I won't go again.
I recently ordered two coffees through the drive-thru, and I was very disappointed with the experience. Both drinks were noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other locations—especially the iced latte, which looked more like a kids’ meal drink. It was filled with ice and cost me $7 on its own. The cappuccino also tasted overly bitter. I ended up spending $14 for two drinks that were smaller than my fist. This is not the quality I expect, and I strongly suggest reviewing your portion sizes and consistency, especially compared to other Kadis stores.

Kaldi’s Coffee in St. Charles is one of my favorite stops whenever I’m in the St. Louis area! I absolutely love their Highlander Grogg—it’s smooth, flavorful, and just the right touch of something special. Their Coldbrew coffee is also top-notch and super refreshing. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and consistently great coffee. Highly recommend!

And just like that I'm converted. I'm your average girl who goes to Starbucks once a week or so for a treat, but I make a pour over every morning. Lately, I had been more and more disappointed with Starbucks. I decided to only go to places that are perfect. I buy Kaldi's coffee but had never thought of them as a place to go to get a treat. I take one sip of a plain iced latte and this is it. It's perfect. It actually tastes like espresso. They didn't give me 70% ice. I'm ready to reward businesses when they get it right and stop completely when they rip you off!

Ordered 2 similar drinks and they ended up the same. Maybe it was hard to hear me from the drive through but I feel like they could have confirmed at the window.

The food and drinks are delicious, but it is pricey. Normally I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but they also push you to tip before you can pay in the drive through. And the percentages are high. I wish it was like Starbucks where you can just tip an added $1 or $2 or $3 from the tablet rather than percentages of really expensive stuff. This issue compounds further when you look at how often they make mistakes. Last time I was through they didn’t include the cream cheese on the two bagel sandwiches, and since I was in the car I asked specifically for a fork to eat my cinnamon roll with. They didn’t include one after assuring me they would. This was a $53 order that they pushed me to tip 8 DOLLARS in the drive through! Crazy. They also sometimes forget syrup in lattes. It’s good but these issues make it hard to strongly recommend them. I’d give 3.5 stars but since I can’t I’ll be generous and round up.

Their coffee is sooo good and a welcome relief from Starbucks but every time I visit, the girls are always socializing and the coffee orders are SO SLOW. At a certain point it’s become annoying how long i wait for a 6 oz cappuccino even when they are not busy and i ordered on their website ahead of time because I know how slow they can be compared to other shops.

My sandwich was Slappin' good. I drank my coffee and ate my sandwich and my mood did a 180.
So good.
Sandwich: Egg Bagel
Drink: House Made Iced Vanilla Latte
Staff just talked crap on customers the entire time but coffee was okay
Always just right
My go to coffee place in the area. My favorite local coffee brand in STL. Kinda shocked at the some of the negative reviews. I go quite often and my order is always perfect and I usually order for multiple people and food. I also buy their coffee for my espresso machine at home. The employees are always super nice too. Never had single bad experience.
Coffee is good when made correctly but very inconsistent. I get the frozen and 2 times now has been basically all milk. Won't be going back.
