Placed an order on the app. Arrived on time. Had to wait almost 30 minutes after the pickup time to pick up my food while half of my order sat out in the counter getting cold and the employees just stood around looking at each other. Your time is worth something. Pick any other place to get food besides here.

Walked in and see kids KIDS NOT JUST ONE under the age of 7 running around in the back with no shoes on no socks on like what the HELL is that corporate has been called already hopefully it will be handled

Did not have a great experience. A young woman took my order, she was wonderful but the manager was having personal conversations on the floor talking about how everyone better clean up to get out on time. There was lack of inventory of sauces to purchase. This place needs be evaluated!

As i ordered their last hot and ready pizza someone else came up and interrupted, changed their order and then the employee gave them the pizza i had just ordered that they told me was available.

Ordered cheesy bread and pretzel-stuffed crust pizza - the sauce choice is confusing. Ended up with cheese sauce. Now I am sick after two pieces of each. The link for DoorDash wasn't working, so I was nervous I wouldn't get my order. I wish I hadn't 🤢

I accidentally picked the wrong puffs in my DoorDash order. I called the store immediately because I could t change it on the DoorDash app. No one would answer the phone and placed me on hold forever then my dasher showed up to get it so I couldn’t change anything. If I canceled my order it would have cost me 3.89$!!! Ridiculous! Answer your darn phones people! And cook your wings all the way! I asked for well done!! Not the case. Thanks for terrible service.

Placed an order for an Italian cheese bread through the app. Was quoted about 20 minutes for pick up. Arrived and waited to go in about 25 min after ordering because I knew it was probably a busy night. When I then checked the tracker on my phone, it had stopped at being put in the oven about 5 minutes after I'd placed my order, seemed odd that an Italian cheese bread wasn't done yet, so I went in. Upon entering there were 3 customers waiting, I could see several orders in the works and a ton of pizzas, crazy bread, wings etc ready in the warmer (like a solid amount of food!) By the time I connected with the employee it'd been 30 minutes since I placed my order and she checked my order, checked the warmer and turns out no ICB to be found. And instead of it even being in the works, someone needed to start it. Seems like they're not quite sure yet how to handle a busy night, there were at least 4 employees, two were on their phones at least once while I was processing what was going on... (Then I also got worried about hand washing issues as one of the employees that was on their phone ended up being the one making my food and they don't use gloves, and I definitely didn't see any hand washing occur when she moved from being on her phone to the food line 😝) Got a refund! If you order make sure you check as soon as you arrive, in case they also need to start your order upon arrival 🙃
