This place should be closed down. No flavor in the meet. Stale chips. Cold disgusting food. Horrible presentation of food. They do not wash the jalapeños before slicing and while they are fresh they taste like gasoline. Never again will I go there.

We came in on a Thursday for my twin nieces 18th birthday. We had a big party, maybe 12-14 of us. I was looking at the menu at the register and one of the employees was blocking my view. I politely asked if he could scoot over a bit so I could see and he said "oh there are paper menus behind you as well." Baby but I'm already standing here looking, soooo can you just move over...? Anyway, I ordered Jamaican jerk nachos. I ordered nachos for my kids but once I saw what they tasted one I didn't even order anything for myself. The entire meal was cold. Cheese, chicken, everything. Who wants to eat nachos with the COLD chicken and the cheese isn't melted?!? I asked the cashier if he could warm it up, he said he didn't have anything to heat it up in (no microwave) and he could put it under the warmer for a minute. It didn't help. My nieces queso on their nachos was also cold!!!! I mean literally no warmth to it. I was so embarrassed because I recommended this restaurant for our family to celebrate my nieces birthday and it was a total let down.

FIVE STARS! Fantastic, fun place with awesome nachos. They've got a really wide variety, our favorite was the Crab Rangoon nachos. The bowls also looked really, really good. There's an awesome cocktail bar right next door that will bring drinks right to you via their app - very cool. Excellent service as well! Definitely going back to try other varieties.

I had a work lunch here last Friday and I wasn't sure what to expect as I live in the city and rarely get out to St. Charles. We actually gathered at Narwhal's and then ordered food from Loaded Elevated through the app which was super easy to do. I went with the Smashburger bowl and it was absolutely delicious. While I didn't get a cocktail I also snagged a cookie from Loaded and it was also great. Our waiter was very attentive even though it's mostly self service with the QR codes and overall I had a good experience!

This place is weird as hell. It looks like a camping store and charges an arm and a leg for the portion sizes. Food is OK, kinda bland. The menu says "choose your vehicle" and "pick a destination". Is this place a travel agency? Also you can order overpriced cocktails from a place called narwhcrafted, which is its own thing. But you need a QR code. Because what i need in my life is to figure that nonsense out. Also what the hell does "craft" cocktail mean? How the hell else will a cocktail get made? These two places just really need to get their rears clear of any and all heads.

4.5 stars. Yelpers unite to RAVE about the Crab Rangoon Nachos! I got the "starter" version because I was merely stopping by for lunch before heading to a work event. They were pretty good. Wonton chips with sweet & sour sauce. Plenty of sauce and crab. Lots of other options I'd love to try next time. Decent amount of seating when I went, and the nachos are quick to consume. Thought about ordering some to-go for dinner but wasn't sure how well they would keep. You can also order if you're next door at Narwal's!
We frequent Narwhals Crafted so it's only fitting that we often order food from Loaded Elevated Nachos and every time we are impressed. Now they are offering various nacho dishes served as Tacos and I truly couldn't love the Texas Brisket Tacos more. Every time we swing by we are greeted by friendly and welcoming staff members and the facility is always very clean and tidy. Our children also love their options for littles and are always excited when we dine in or pick up our to go order from here.

Third times the charm right? Oh no, no, no. All three times I've been here my nachos were cold. Toppings, cheese, and chips. Maybe that's how people up north like to eat their nachos. Maybe that's how the owner prefers to eat their nachos. I don't know. I prefer hot melty cheese and steam coming off the meat. But I can't come back for a forth time because shame on me at that point. I don't understand how you mess up nachos. It's food a literal monkey could learn to make. The teenagers they pay to play on their cell phones is a rant for a different day.

I'm really disappointed to say the least. This place had good reviews so we tried it only to like 1 of the 3 plates we ordered. The food is cold, they put them under warmers that don't even warm it. The portions of the pulled pork nachos were decent but the jerk chicken didn't have much chicken to even see. The Cajun tacos had no shrimp to be found despite what the menu says, which was sad but at least this one had a little flavor. The girl that took our order was not rude but she wasn't friendly either. In any case, we won't be returning unfortunately. :(

The experience was simply okay. Nothing wowed me but I also didn't dislike the food. The Brisket Nachos were plain. The meat deserved more seasoning and the campfire queso was bland. My partner got the Jerk Nachos with Chicken. They were pretty okay. A nice level of spice and the pineapple was tasty on the nachos. Our food was cold quick but we also received it warm. It's a cute concept. A build your own would benefit this establishment!
