SO RUDE! One of the workers rolled their eyes at me for using the mobile app. This is the worst location I have ever been too. We keep going back thinking it will improve. Wait time and customer service is well below average standards. McDonalds Corp should really intervene at this location before it impacts the brand in this busy market.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru AT the service window. Food was so cold the filet o fish was too chewy to eat and the fries were disgusting.

Drive through was slow, about as equal to the speed of a popeyes. Food was lukewarm warm. And employees at the window don’t know how to read their screens/manage the tickets in order. Id drive to the next one
No customer service, no condiments, food was cold and felt like it was sitting for awhile before they gave it to us. Very rude staff. I'm sorry if you don't put things like napkins, ketchup packets, etc. in the lobby and we had to keep asking for stuff. Do better!

Never go to this location! They have never gotten my order right. The last time I went and they got my order wrong (4meals) they made me pay for the two missing fries! What business makes you pay for their mistake?! Twice they have given me the wrong order in the drive through and asked me to hand it back! Who's the poor soul who got the bag of food that I touched? Did I get a bag of food like that too?! Aaah! I'm not going to try supporting this new business anymore
