Typical McDonalds. Food is as expected. My order is usually missing something, even when I use the app. Price is too high for the quality of the food. But it works when I am in a pinch for time.
I’ve never had any major issues here. Not sure what some of these commenters are expecting; I mean, it’s a McDonalds, lol. The food has always been fresh and I’ve not had any issues with accuracy. As others have mentioned, this is one of the new concept stores where ordering is done primarily on kiosks, and there is not a drink machine on the floor. So, if those things are important, this is not the location for you.
It’s a McDonald’s—what really did you expect? My experience should exist in the ether, even if it may have been a fluke or if it’s an ongoing issue with the restaurant. I went inside as I knew I was going to be a touch indecisive with my order: so I place my order on the kiosk, then proceeded to wait an alarmingly long 16 minutes (7:17-7:33) for my food.
