This is by far one of the best McDonald's i have ever purchased from! The food is always correct & fresh. staff is always friendly! If you go late at night, you may have a wait bc they only take & prepare one order at a time. It's definitely worth the wait!!

My fish sandwich was old and dry,fries as well was cold and mixed with new. when i went up to take care of it, It felt like I was in a third world country to get it replaced. Had to repeat myself over and over of what the problem was, but eventually they heated another dry fish in the microwave and call that fresh.I don't recommend this mcdonald's anybody

Don't order door dash for this mc Donald's.they say on the app a free big Mac with a subtotal of 15 or more and free delivery with 12 or more.apparently the app never honored their deal of the bigmac.so I won't and don't recommend door dash.because then the app wouldn't let me write a review.witch is why I am here.you have been warned.the companys and mc Donalds are so desperate now they can't even have a honest deal now.i won't be using them both again

Food is always lukewarm & the line is ungodly slow. Customer service is nonexistent here. It's a mcdonalds so you don't expect much, but you've gotta have at least ONE of those things right.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your location on Saturday, February 8, at 9:40 AM. The employee working the second drive-through window, a young man with curly hair, left my bag sitting open in front of him while he finished a text on his phone before handing it to me. This was done in plain view, without any sense of urgency or concern for customer service.
I expect better attention to food handling and customer service, and I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve future experiences. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Now tell curly Sue to stick it Up his, you know what

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had, it’s so bad this is the only time I’ve ever complained or written a review for any restaurant. I waited in line for 10 minutes for somebody to take my order, the guy in the other lane had been waiting there longer than me. Four cars lined up behind us and we were honking our horns waiting for somebody to answer. I had gotten there at 10:23am and they waiting until 10:30am to change the menu and still didn’t answer us. There was only one car in front of us the whole time and we all left, seemed like they were just chatting at the window. Unacceptable behavior, I’m not coming back.

Bathroom sink was non functional, broken and flopping around, napkin dispensers out of napkins for me to wipe the soap off my hand, and a worker gave me an attitude for trying to pick up my mobile order at the counter instead of through the drive thru as I selected in the app.
This has always been the worst McDonald’s in the area, but I will never come back here after this time.

The shake machine is always broken, and the food is cold quite often. so hard to get out of the parking area / drive through.

I really loved the people working here today . Especially everyone in front the girl with the black hoodie on even brought my ice cream all the way to the table for me . So happy my fries was fresh and burger almost burnt my mouth ! I love it here I will be retuning only when the white boy with the beard who I believe is manager is here.
