Went to buy fish o fillet meal and basket of fries from drive through. They gave me cold fries with a rotten fish sandwich that smelled bad and I had to throw that away.
So disappointing when they consider costumer's like garbage cans to dump away their old and rotten food. Regret wasting my money. They close at 11pm, otherwise would have gone back to give tell them about their worst service.

I ordered the grinch meals through DoorDash, and when they were delivered the food was dry, I didn’t receive my socks, which is the literal soul purpose of ordering the food. I spent like $50 for dry cheeseburgers and no socks. And this isn’t any complaint on the door dasher, this is a full complaint on the food and the service of the restaurant.

Ordered the Grinch meal. Big Mac was cold and so were the fries. I live across the street. Should have at least been warm. I won’t say the customer service was bad because there wasn’t any. Every associate I had an encounter with was silent except for telling what to pay or what my order was. I don’t eat out often, as I live very modest. Will DEFINITELY not return to this location. Absolutely terrible.

Hit or miss location. I used to stop in every morning and there was a handful of drive through employees that you could tell loved their job and made it enjoyable. Now you're lucky if anyone even opens the window without you sitting there for almost five minutes with an empty drive through. But don't worry the employees are right there on the other side of the window. Curbside half the time takes longer than the drive through. Half the time were missing something or something wasn't made correctly. Your experience really depends on who's there. Closest food establishment to my workplace, but definitely not my first choice anymore.

This is my second review on the Manager TIFFANY! I understand it was busy but it took me 30mins to get a mobile order and all I was doing was asking for my food and all she can say this is my store my name is everywhere and you can get out. Telling that to many paying customers. I didn’t get all my condiments so I went to ask for some syrup and she says what do you need because I’m sure I told you to get out my store. She needs to be talked to asap!

I went to this location after my night shift around 6am to grab breakfast for my kid in the rainy morning. The manger at this location refused my payment just because I used quarters. The total bill was under $12. I had $12 worth of quarters. This policy is inconvenient and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Not a good experience at this store.

I can understand if it’s busy time counting coins. But Iam the only one customer at drive through.

OMG what’s the point of drive thru!!! The slowest every time I come. I don’t know why I bother coming to this McDonald’s. Took my order, maybe 4 cars ahead of me just to pull each car around to bring our food out 1 by 1 and it took over 30 minutes!!! And I still had to go inside to get my food!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This morning I visited McDonalds after being sick for weeks, I was finally able to eat real food and I had been craving a McGriddle. It sounds silly but I was excited, my boyfriend picked me up in between classes to make it. We did two separate orders on the mobile app each being breakfast. His order went through just fine, she hadn’t asked if we were using the app but the second we went to say the second order she cut us off and proceeded to say they are no longer serving breakfast. Mind you I had ordered it on the app at 10:29, it was now 10:30 but she refused my service. I already had it in my app and she told me all I could get was lunch. Upset because it’s not gonna be the McGriddle I have been craving for so long I said no and just didn’t get anything. I just feel this is so rude considering I had already ordered it and they had the same food out for my boyfriend they just couldn’t for me. And I wanted him to eat so I still didn’t get my McGriddle and at that had to cancel my order I already made on it. I might just be hangry but I’m seriously bawling my eyes out. I’ve worked in customer service and as long as I had the breakfast menus out it was MY responsibility to serve it. My boyfriend also has worked at McDonalds and he said he’s never seen one operated so bluntly. I just am used to better experiences and this caught me off guard.

Worst service ever. They took 30 minutes for the drive-thru even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Unlike other McDonald’s, this location is extremely slow.. I ordered at 9:21 and I received my order to hand at 9:50

I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald’s! The service was quick, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made dining in very comfortable. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff was—they really seemed to care about making sure customers were satisfied. For a fast-food spot, this location goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped taking orders 10 mins before breakfast cut off, and so I got trapped in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building, and didn’t even get my order. Late for work and don’t get to eat.
