Ordered a big Mac, when I received it, I couldn't see the hamburger, so I lifted the bun, and the meat patties were for a happy meal burger, very small, I guess this was a joke! Not eating here again!

Worst staff ever. Everyone clearly hates their job and I had caught 2 employees just hanging out in the bathroom blocking the sink. Take your money somewhere else.

Idk what happened to this McDonald's but it has gone downhill dramatically. The food here is practically inedible and if you call or go up there the manager looks at you like her life is the absolute worst because of Their mistake. I am not going to spend my money on a brick I cannot eat how crazy.

Website claims they open at five when the manager refuses to open to drive-through. I have work at 5:30 in the Morning and wanted to grab something quick to eat. Their website says they are open. I was told by their manager that they are not open won’t be back.

CLOSE THIS ONE!!! Horrible rude and the food you order always wrong, but of course they do nothing about it, go spend your hard earned money else where, how this place is not closed is beyond me, City of Saint Charles, do something about this.. SHUT IT DOWN. For the workers who work that actually care, transfer them to a better one!!!

They need to teach their employees how to work the drive through. I ordered a Number 7 with an unsweetened Tea. The NUMBER 7 IS A MEAL!! I didn't order 2 cheeseburgers, I said the NUMBER 7! On the menu there is a price for the NUMBER 7, I want that meal with that size drink at that price, unless I say upside, and I didn't! This guy couldn't figure out any of this!

Just spoke to a woman on the phone and she is against extra sauces the owner owns 33 locations and he is against free sauces. I researched the company profit margins and last year was 6.87Billion dollars with a net revenue of 2+ Billion dollars. The woman on the phone sounded greedy and rude. I asked her for the corporate number and she acted like she didn't have it. Then all of a sudden she did. So stop selling us fake meat and give us the damn free sauces. Enough with the greed, or go to hell. Have a nice day 💜

Drive through took 15 minutes. Buns burnt, burger’s drier than the Sahara, oh and no cheese on the first McDouble. Then my order was wrongly labeled and made differently asked for zero pickles but yet seemed liked double the amount of pickles.

Woman with the grey collared shirt and the sleeve tattoo is extremely rude. I wont be back to this location. She has displayed no ability to communicate in a polite tone of voice. Or use customer service words when breaking the news to us that they didnt have 2 things we ordered. If you want additional information on the situation Id be happy to provide it. Awful service all around.
